And I'm your host Liz Carlisle.

Thank you so much for tuning in,

For taking the time to meet yourself in solitude and quiet,

To truly observe your mind and not be attached to it.

Today's meditation is a guided meditation for total body relaxation and embodiment.

So find a comfortable seated position,

Either sitting up or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Let's take a deep breath in together,

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or worries from your body.

Take a deep breath in,

And release everything out.

Deep breath in,

And out.

Last time together,

Deep breath in,

And out.

Deep breath in,

And out.

Keep breathing deeply at your own pace,

Finding a natural rhythm.

Allow your abdomen to expand,

Feeling a sense of deep peace and calm.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or negativity with each breath.

Breath is the life force that connects us to the present moment.

It's the simplicity of your breath and what it can do to alter your state of mind,

To allow emotions to pass out of your body,

Releasing toxicity,

Letting go of what doesn't serve you anymore.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine a gentle light surrounding you,

Wrapping you in a warm embrace.

This light represents the divine presence,

The love of God and the universe that is always with you,

Guiding and protecting you.

Allow yourself to feel this loving energy permeating every cell of your being.

You might already start to feel different just in these few moments alone.

Now shift your attention to your body.

Begin to relax your muscles,

Starting from your head and moving all the way down to your toes.

Feel the tension melting away,

Leaving behind a deep sense of relaxation and ease.

As you breathe,

Imagine each breath as a conduit for divine energy,

With each inhalation,

Feel yourself drawing in peace,

Happiness,

And calm,

And with each exhalation,

Release any stress,

Worries,

Fear,

Or negative thoughts.

Let go of anything that no longer serves you.

As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,

Envision yourself surrounded by a warm embrace.

Envision yourself surrounded by a beautiful,

Tranquil garden.

Picture in your mind's eye vibrant flowers,

Lush greenery,

And a gentle breeze caressing your skin.

Allow this serene environment to deepen your relaxation and connection with the world around you.

Push that energy out and expand it to the entire room.

In this moment,

Recognize that you are part of something greater,

A universal connection that transcends time and space.

You are beloved,

Embraced by divine love and infinite wisdom.

As you breathe,

Feel this connection growing stronger,

Grounding you in a profound sense of peace and serenity.

Now let's focus on each part of your body,

Bringing awareness and relaxation to each area,

Starting with your toes.

Imagine a warm,

Soothing light enveloping them,

Releasing any tension and bringing a sense of comfort.

Feel this light,

This healing light,

Slowly moving up through your feet and ankles,

Relaxing every muscle it touches.

Let the light travel up to your calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Gently loosening any tightness or discomfort.

Allow your entire lower body to sink deeper into relaxation,

As if you're being guided by the light.

Imagine as if you're being cradled in a loving embrace of divine grace.

Bring your attention now to your abdomen and lower back.

As you breathe deeply,

Visualize the light expanding,

Bringing warmth and tranquility to this area.

Let go of any worries or stress that may have settled here and feel a renewed sense of calmness spreading throughout your entire core.

Moving up to your chest and heart,

Imagine a soft glow radiating from within.

Fill your heart with joy and compassion.

Take a moment to offer gratitude for the blessings in your life and send loving thoughts to those who may need support.

Now let the light travel up through your shoulders,

Arms,

And fingertips,

Relaxing every muscle along the way.

Feel the gentle tingling sensation as the divine energy flows through you,

Renewing your body and mind.

Allow this sensation to remind you of your capacity for joy,

Peace,

And happiness.

Finally,

Bring your attention to your neck,

Face,

And head.

Release any remaining tension,

Allowing your facial muscles to soften.

Feel the warmth of the divine light as it envelops your entire head,

Bringing clarity,

Serenity,

And a deep sense of relaxation.

Take a moment to bask in this state of total body relaxation.

You are a vessel of divine love and peace,

Radiating this energy out into the world.

Now that you can return to this space of tranquility and connection,

Whenever you need to find solace amidst the challenges of life,

Come back through your breath and remember this feeling of peace and calm.

It's always within you.

When you're ready,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Allowing your body to awaken.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Open your eyes,

Carrying the sense of peace and harmony with you.

May you go forth with a heart filled with love and a spirit brimming with tranquility.
