Hey there,
My name is Lisa,
And welcome to your meditation Manifesting Worthiness by Setting Boundaries with Self.
I think that when we speak about setting boundaries,
We talk a lot about the other,
The other people that we may need to set boundaries around.
It's very much an external practice at times,
But I want this meditation to be an internal practice which I feel can be so much more powerful because when we feel it within us,
Then we are allowed to further establish boundaries outside of us.
So with that,
I invite you to come into your comfortable position,
Whatever that is for you at this moment.
It could be sitting or lying down,
And I invite you to take a nice,
Big,
Deep inhale into your body and exhale,
Sigh out through the mouth,
Let go nice and long.
Let's do that as if we are pouring air like it is a cup of water into our body from toes to head.
So take a nice,
Big,
Deep inhale into the body as if the air is being poured in like a cup of water from toes all the way to the crown of your head till it can't fill all the way to the brim.
Exhale,
Sigh out,
Pour out through the mouth,
Let go.
Two more breaths,
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep inhale into your body and exhale,
Sigh out through the mouth,
Let go.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep inhale into the body and exhale.
And now just come to arrive just as you are,
Allowing yourself to release any holding on in the body,
Any excess tension,
Let go.
Let it melt to the earth knowing at this present moment you are safe,
You are here,
You are loved,
And I invite you to visualize where you truly wish to feel deep within your bones,
Within your major organs,
That sense of pride and worthiness.
And I invite you to visualize what you wish to manifest in terms of something that you would feel so proud of,
Something that brings deep passion and strikes truth with your spirit.
It can be as seemingly small or as seemingly grand as you would like this dream to be.
Feel where that energy shows up within the body.
How do you feel?
What are you visualizing?
And this vision of yours is a reminder.
It's a reminder of what you are worthy of.
All the good you are worthy of,
All the love you are worthy of,
All the dreams you are worthy of,
And things yet to be seen or yet to materialize that you are worthy of.
But sometimes feelings or habits can take from that power that truth.
So I invite you now to take a moment to reflect on what feelings or narratives or habits take from that truth of what you are worthy of.
Maybe it's a feeling of imposter syndrome or it's fear or it's grief.
But take a moment without criticism to just reflect on what energy sometimes takes from this truth that you are worthy of this vision and what you are cultivating.
And I invite you to now ponder upon the why are you letting those feelings,
Those habits,
Or whatever it is,
Take from this powerful truth that you are worthy of all the good that you are cultivating.
Why are you letting this power dynamic happen?
Why are you letting these feelings take a hold of the front seat of your truth?
And if you need a bit of inspiration,
Because it's a very hard question,
The why,
It may take you a couple of times to really ponder upon that and meditate upon that.
And that means that the meditation is working.
If you're stumped,
That's a great thing.
For me,
Underneath my why always equals the disappointment if I finally get to this height and then things come crashing down and I don't know if I'd be able to handle that.
Or the fear of those things crashing down,
The fear of being hurt,
The fear of leaving my heart wide open and it being stabbed.
Those are things,
Pains that we don't really wish to go through.
So maybe you can identify with that a little bit,
Not to speak too much and to give this time to yourself,
But hopefully that gives an idea to explore the why.
And they are many.
There can be many.
So take a couple of more moments just to get cozy with the why.
Why we let these feelings and habits take from the truth and the alignment of what we know we are worthy of.
Now I want you to go ahead,
Take a nice big,
Deep inhale,
And exhale,
Sigh out.
And I invite you to repeat these affirmations after me.
I give myself permission to step into my worthiness.
I give myself permission to step into my worthiness.
I choose to actively release self-judgment and criticism.
I choose to actively release self-judgment and criticism.
I actively transform the energy of being my biggest enemy to being my greatest advocate.
I actively transform the energy of being my biggest enemy to being my greatest advocate.
And I invite you from this place to set an intention for yourself that honors the practice,
Keep it within the mind's eye.
Big deep inhale,
And gentle exhale.
And when you are absolutely ready,
I invite you to bring the energy and magic of this meditation into your waking world.
I thank you so much for taking the time to meditate with me,
And please do thank yourself as well.
And I look forward to practicing with you next time.
Sending so many blessings your way.
Namaste.
