A very good way to meditate,

In fact,

True meditation is consciousness becoming conscious of itself.

And already we can hear non-duality in that description.

Consciousness becoming conscious of itself.

This is,

You could say,

Non-dual meditation.

So just get yourself comfortable,

Be restful and simply be.

Simply be as you are.

You are being as you are.

And that being is existence,

Is presence,

Is the immediacy of the self.

It's mutated within the human form,

Known within the human form.

And the human form is itself a perfect expression of being.

Being is primary.

Being is the spark or the catalyst for manifestation,

The duality,

For the appearance of otherness.

And beingness is oneness.

Beingness is the knowledge that you are,

That you exist.

You know that you are.

You know that you exist.

You have this knowledge.

And the mind tells a story about what you are.

So look beyond the story,

Look beneath the story.

I am male.

Look beneath the story of male.

I am a body.

Look beyond,

Look beneath,

Look prior to the story of body.

Look to the I am.

Look to the I am.

The I am is beingness.

The I am is pure existence.

You know that you are.

You sense that you are.

You are aware of your own presence,

Your own immediacy.

And the mind may say,

Yes,

I'm a body.

I'm aware of this body.

I am this body.

Seek that which is prior to the belief,

The narrative that you are a body.

What is it that knows this body?

Is it the mind?

Is it the senses?

What is it that knows the mind?

What is it that knows the senses?

The I am.

Prior to any qualification.

The I am prior to any condition.

The I am is self-love.

The love to be.

The love to exist.

The I am is a celebration of being.

The I am is aliveness,

The essence of life itself.

You know that you are.

You sense that you are.

You feel that you are.

Now be what you are.

Without words.

Without thoughts.

Without sensation.

Without feeling.

The simple purity of being.

The basic ground of aliveness.

And that ground is solid,

Steady,

Changeless,

Beginningless and endless.

Ever new,

Ever fresh.

And this ground of being is pure witnessing.

Detached awareness.

Passionless.

Like space.

And affected by whatever it contains.

You are that.

This space is the self.

You are that.

The self is known.

The self is sensed.

The self is felt.

Through the knowledge that you are.

Through the knowledge that you exist.

Through this very immediate presence.

This here and now-ness.

This is-ness.

The self is known,

Right here and now.

The self is not somewhere distant,

To be sought and attained.

You are the self seeking yourself.

The self is both the source and the fruit of manifestation.

Just as there is no difference or separation between the wave and the ocean,

Or the sunlight and the sun.

The I am is like sunlight,

The warmth,

The glow.

Known by the body-mind.

Seek the source of that sunlight that you are.

Seek the source of the I am that you are.

What is it that observes the I am?

What is it that witnesses the I am?

What is the I in the conviction I am?

The I is present even before the am.

The I is awareness.

Pure witnessing.

Pure observation.

Your beingness without being this nor that.

We could call it the supreme.

The absolute.

The unmanifested.

Forever outpouring.

Displaying itself in countless forms.

Forever,

Eternally.

Shapeshifting.

Forming.

Creating.

It is called maya.

It is called illusion.

Yet it is always the absolute.

Maya is the art of the absolute.

The perfect expression of the absolute that you are.

You are seeking home within home.

You are seeking the ocean as a wave in the ocean.

You are a sunbeam seeking its own source.

No path is possible.

No system.

No steps are needed.

There are no conditions to fulfill.

There is no art to living.

For the purpose of life is to live.

And the unmanifest that you are is living itself perfectly,

Beyond perfection.

And so the portal,

The gateway to yourself is the knowledge that you are.

The sense I am.

The immediate aliveness known already.

Just as the sun ray carries the heat of the source,

The sun.

Just as the taste of the ocean in every drop of the ocean is found in the entirety of the ocean.

You know that you are.

You know that you exist.

This knowledge shows the way.

And the way has no direction.

The way has no movement.

Only back to where you already are.

You never leave yourself.

The clock ticks.

Yet there is no time,

Duration,

Nor distance to pass through.

To reach the self.

You are always now.

You are for now.

Beautifully paced and well balanced. Following the immediacy of now into pure awareness was made into a healing audio journey.
