Be with yourself.

Know that you are,

That you exist.

Consciousness appears like space with self-love.

It is love to exist.

You can be sure of only one thing that is your sense of being,

Your consciousness.

Be with it.

Meditate on it and it will tell you the truth.

You are not confined to your body.

You are everywhere.

Remaining with full awareness that you are not the body is meditation.

Meditate on your beingness.

The most important thing is your beingness.

Give attention to it.

You are sitting here and you know it without effort.

Know your beingness.

Your beingness itself will tell you all its secrets.

It is your key to self-knowledge.

The knowledge of the self or self-realization.

Happiness and peace is possible after the secret of I Am is known.

Meditate on that I Am without words.

Meditate on it and be free.

Free of words and thoughts.

Hug I Am by itself.

Make friendship with it,

It will never leave you alone.

The knowledge you are is the only reliable knowledge.

Give your attention to it.

Even in complete darkness,

You know that you are.

Hold it,

Meditate on it.

You are all that exists.

Your existence is independent of your body.

Let the body be there,

Only do not identify with it.

When the body is forgotten,

There is peace and purity.

Who watches the flow of thoughts?

The knower of the mind is unaffected by it.

You are prior to intellect.

Observe the changeless amongst the changeful.

Whatever can be witnessed cannot be your true self.

Remain without thoughts.

Your thought flow will continue,

But with less number and of a higher quality.

Remain the witness.

Your world is in your consciousness,

As sunlight is in the sun.

Your world is the creation of your beingness.

Everything is contained in it.

Your beingness is the seed of the world.

Be conscious of the greatness in your consciousness.

You are the formless consciousness.

Your whole world is in it.

In the field of consciousness,

There are infinite names.

The witness of consciousness has no name.

An astronomer uses a telescope to see distant objects,

But he is not the telescope.

Similarly,

The witness of consciousness and its content is not the consciousness.

Stay in the consciousness as a portal to the absolute.

You are prior to even the consciousness.

Your eternal nature is without the sense of being.

Not to lose sight of your true identity is meditation.

In reality,

You are formless.

Know the self as unlimited.

The self is everywhere.

Your consciousness is nothing less than God.

Meditate on your consciousness as God.

Meditate on it as Guru,

As Brahman,

Until you forget that you are meditating.

Realize your consciousness as God of all Gods.

Go to the root and have conviction about your true nature.

Find yourself as infinite and boundless,

Your most humble,

Unchanging identity.

Know the self and be really peaceful.

Meditation goes on in you.

It needs only your attention.

Hold onto your consciousness,

The seed of self-knowledge.

Know the self.

Your true nature is beyond waking,

Sleep,

And knowingness,

And ever awake.

Once the truth is located within,

It will be everywhere for you.

You need not go anywhere for it.

Do it wherever you are.

There is no equipment required to do it,

No outer help required.

Be with yourself.

I was noticing that I needed more space between each statement… Just let it sink in. Otherwise was fantastic
