This meditation is to help you open your heart center to give and receive love more.
Find a comfortable position,
Whether it's seated on the floor or lying down,
Whatever feels right for you.
When you're comfortable,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Feel the stress of the day melt away with each breath in and out.
Now take a deep breath in,
Fill your lungs and belly and hold that breath and then exhale.
And when you're ready,
Take another deep breath,
Filling your lungs and belly,
Hold the breath and then exhale.
Now stretch your hearing as far as possible,
Hearing birds,
Cars,
Whatever sounds are around you.
Stretch your hearing further to try and hear every sound around you.
Now come back to yourself and focus on your breathing.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just sit with your breath for a moment.
Imagine you're breathing golden light,
Warm,
Energizing and loving into every cell of your body.
The golden light fills you with the happiness,
Heals and energizes.
With each breath,
You feel the light go further and further into each cell and you say to yourself,
I am.
You are here,
You are supported,
You are seen.
Breathe into yourselves,
Waking them up,
Reconnecting as you say,
I am.
I am.
Now move your awareness to your heart center,
Wherever that is for you.
Feel that connection with your heart,
With yourself.
Breathe into your heart and as you become more aware with each breath,
The warmth,
The love.
Notice how it makes you feel connected,
Receiving love,
Honour anything you feel.
Now imagine that heart center is a beautiful pink rose.
As you breathe into the rose,
The petals open.
Honour any resistance or tightness you feel.
Give the rose permission to open.
I am.
With every breath and every moment,
Give yourself the beautiful rose permission to open and receive and give love more.
I am.
I am loved.
I am allowed to be me.
I am allowed to be seen.
I am allowed to heal.
I am.
Who you are is enough.
You are pure love.
Breathe into the rose,
Allow yourself to open more,
To receive more,
To love more,
To be more.
Honour your mind if it's wandering,
Just bring it back to the pink rose and breathe in,
Breathe in that love,
That energy,
That light.
The longer you stay with the heart,
The more you connect and the more you heal.
Maybe you feel some tension,
Honour that.
Breathe in.

When you're ready,
Come back into the room and open your eyes,
Bringing that sense of love giving and receiving,
Allowing to be you.
I am into the room with you.
