We're going to do a short meditation.
So get comfortable,
Find a position that is right for you and I want you to focus on your breath.
Focus on where the breath comes in and out your either nose or mouth and where it touches your nose or mouth.
So as you breathe in and then out and then I want you to just take four more nice even breaths.
Breathing in and breathing out and breathing in and out and in and out in and out and then one more big deep breath for me.
Fill up your lungs,
Fill up your stomach and now push out the air.
Push it all the way out.
Well done,
