Hi!

Welcome to Little Mindfuls.

My name is Jasmine.

This is a special place where we're going to take calm,

Gentle journeys together,

Helping you feel cozy and ready for sleep.

Tonight we're going to imagine something very special.

A soft fluffy cloud that can carry you to a place where you feel calm and peaceful.

Are you ready to go on a little adventure with me?

Let's find a cozy spot.

Maybe you're snuggled under your favorite blanket or lying next to someone who makes you feel safe and loved.

Now let's get nice and comfy and prepare to relax.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.

Wonderful!

Close your eyes and imagine that you're outside looking up at a big soft sky.

It's so calm and everything feels quiet.

Now in that sky imagine a big fluffy cloud floating gently above you.

This cloud is so soft like the fluffiest pillow you've ever seen and it's drifting down right towards you.

As the cloud gets closer it's almost like it's reaching out wanting to give you a big warm hug.

Let's pretend we're climbing up onto that cloud.

Now imagine lying down on it.

Think about how soft it feels like you're lying on the coziest bed in the whole world.

The cloud is so gentle and you feel safe and calm.

Now take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

As you breathe the cloud begins to rise slowly floating back up into the sky.

It's moving so gently just like a feather floating in the breeze.

Can you feel it?

The cloud lifts you up higher and higher but it's so calm that there's nothing to worry about,

Just you relaxing on your soft fluffy cloud.

As you float you can feel all the thoughts from today start to drift away.

Any busyness,

Any little worries are all being carried away by the cloud.

Take another breath in and breathe out slowly.

Now your arms,

Your legs and your whole body feel light,

Calm and so peaceful.

The cloud is very special because it can take away any leftover feelings from the day.

Maybe you are tired or maybe something made you feel a little sad.

Now with every breath in and every breath out the cloud is gently taking all those feelings away and now you are feeling lighter,

Calmer and happier.

With your eyes closed,

Using your imagination,

Look around.

There are stars twinkling far above they're sparkling like tiny little lights in the sky reminding you that it's time to rest.

Your cloud will take care of you keeping you safe and warm as you float through this peaceful place.

Now take one more deep breath in and let it out slowly.

Now imagine the cloud giving you another big gentle hug,

Wrapping you in coziness.

You're right where you need to be,

Safe,

Calm and ready for sleep.

Now we're going to slowly drift back down to where we started.

Your cloud is gently lowering you,

Bringing you back to your resting place.

But don't worry,

You can always come back to your fluffy cloud whenever you need to feel calm and peaceful.

When you are ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.

You did such a wonderful job relaxing on your cloud tonight.

I hope you feel cozy and ready for a beautiful sleep.
