Welcome to my channel and thank you for joining me in this guided meditation for health and wellness.
Let's begin.
Start by finding a comfortable position.
This could be sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and allow your body to begin to relax.
Breathing in and out.
Take a cleansing breath in and breathe out any tension in your body.
Taking another deep breath in and exhaling all of your air out.
Feel relaxation beginning at the bottom of your feet.
Allow the relaxation to spread over your feet and up to your ankles.
Feel the relaxation rising above your ankles,
Flowing up your lower legs to your knees and continuing up to your upper legs.
Allow the relaxation to continue to spread throughout your body,
Rising now to your hips and pelvic area.
Adjust your hips so they feel comfortable and allow relaxation to flow through them.
Allow any tightness to gently leave your stomach and lower back.
Feel the relaxation flowing to your chest and upper back.
Let your upper arms relax,
Your elbows,
Your lower arms and your wrists.
Feel the relaxation spread to your hands,
Relaxing the palms of your hands,
The backs of your hands and each finger and thumb.
Your hands feel pleasantly warm,
Heavy and relaxed.
Feel your body relaxing further as the area by your collarbones widens and relaxes.
Allow your upper back to relax even further.
Let your shoulders relax and your neck soften.
Feel the relaxation continue to spread to your chin,
Allowing your mouth to open naturally and your cheeks to soften.
Feel the relaxation spread to your nose and your eyes.
Feel your eyelids heavy and relaxed.
Notice your eyebrows softening,
Your ears relaxing as well as your forehead.
Your forehead feels cool and relaxed.
Let the relaxation spread further to the back of your head and then to the top of your head.
Your entire body now is relaxed and calm.
Feel the relaxation flowing throughout your body from your head to your feet.
Breathe in and hold that breath.
Relax your muscles totally,
Allowing the breath to flow gently out your nose or your mouth.
Take another deep breath in,
Breathing in relaxation and release the breath,
Breathing out any remaining tension.
Continue to breathe smoothly and slowly as you mentally scan your body looking for any remaining tension.
If you notice any tension,
Focus on that area.
Direct the relaxation to flow into that area and then carry the tension away.
Imagine that the air you are breathing can cleanse your body and remove tension.
Imagine that each breath in brings relaxation and picture the tension in your body leaving with each exhale.
Now,
While focusing on your breath,
Enjoy the feeling of relaxation for a few moments.
Fortunately,
Your liver is formed on that place in the last five minutes of this broadcast.
I would like to invite you to come back to focus on your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling fully.
Breathe in fresh energy and clarity and allow your exhale to carry away any discomfort or distraction.
And as you begin to go deeper into your relaxation,
Start to imagine what it would feel like to be at your highest level of wellness.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Imagine yourself eating colorful fruits and vegetables.
You can taste their freshness as if they have just been picked from a garden.
Smile as you nourish your body with healthy,
Cleansing foods.
Feel proud of yourself for choosing whole,
Nutritious foods every day.
Imagine yourself outside in nature,
Surrounded by trees.
You are moving your body to stay physically active by doing what you love.
It could be biking or running or walking.
It could be swimming,
Dancing or yoga.
Picture yourself waking up every day excited to go outside to do what you enjoy.
You love feeling your heart pump with life,
Knowing you are full of energy and strength.
Now imagine yourself taking time every day for you.
You know how important self-care is,
So you always incorporate an activity that brings you joy.
Whether it is taking a bath,
Reading a book or listening to music.
Picture yourself doing something relaxing.
Take a deep breath in and notice the relief you feel when you are doing this activity.
Now imagine the joy you feel when you think about how proud you are of yourself for taking care of your body and mind.
Your health is so important to you and that is why you eat healthy food,
Stay active and do relaxing activities.
You feel motivated and focused.
You feel confident and energized.
You feel calm and happy.
Take a deep cleansing breath in and smile as you exhale.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Allow your body to stretch out if needed.
And when you are ready,
You may slowly open your eyes and continue on with your day making healthy and happy choices.
