I find myself now in a beautiful grassy meadow.

And a deep sense of serenity washes over me as I listen to the birds sing,

A sweet chorus of never-ending notes cascading through the grasses,

Flowing,

Flowing into the meadow like a great river of music.

Relaxing deeper still,

Forest green hills looming in the distance,

Flower perfumed air,

Alive with the song of birds.

Into my eyes noticing the green and blue dragonflies hovering above the long blades of soft grass,

Watching them play in the warm,

Gentle breeze.

Nature in her humble brilliance,

Grasses of every shade of green,

An endless expanse of wonder.

Flowers,

A party of shimmering colors,

Chaos and order,

Tumbled across the meadow like a box of pastels stretching towards the distant horizon.

Under blue and sunlit skies drifting,

My conscious mind fading,

Thoughts of my day,

Long gone,

Fading away,

Being replaced with visions of dreams and future plans.

I know that this,

Or something even better,

Now manifests for me in totally satisfying and harmonious ways,

The highest good of all.

Every day in every way,

Our life is getting better and better.

Graceful stalks of exuberant tranquility,

A field of lamp,

Sweet and purple,

Creating peace and serenity on earth.

Everything I need is coming to me easily and effortlessly,

And the green stalks swaying in the breeze.

My life is blossoming in total perfection,

The flowers filling the air with their fragrance.

Everything I need is already within me.

I radiate self-esteem,

Inner peace,

Love,

Well-being,

Happiness.

Perfect wisdom is within my heart.

I have infinite creator power within me.

And my eyes begin to follow a little yellow bird,

Following its flight with love and awe,

Its beating wings capturing my mind in the most calm of ways.

Trusting in following my inner guidance,

Gliding downwards,

Gently and slowly,

And with great joy,

It lands upon my shoulder,

Whispering in my ear.

It is time to find your authentic voice and express what is in your heart.

Free yourself to experience your inner light and let it shine.

Now is the time to let the world know who you really are.

You are free to be yourself and express your most cherished desires.

And off it goes,

Taking flight into the air once more.

I am always in the right place at the right time.

Noticing now a huge glowing,

Pulsating platinum light exploding above me.

Heavenly fireworks of violets,

Blues,

Greens,

And gold.

Sending a glittering shower of light sparkles that float like a healing,

Soothing balm that sprinkles onto my face,

Hair,

Shoulders,

Arms.

Every pore and cell of my skin glistening with vitality.

My body is reborn,

My spirit cleansed and revived.

My energy is open and flowing in every area of my life.

I allow myself to have more than I have ever dreamed possible.

And I find myself now standing in the center of this circle of huge ancient wise stones.

And sensations of resonating in a higher vibrational frequency fill me.

Excited but calm and serene,

I am transported through time.

All my experiences are opportunities to gain more power,

Wisdom,

Clarity,

And vision.

My higher self is guiding me into this breathtaking place that is filled with magical energy.

I surrender to my higher good,

Gliding through the air like a butterfly,

Gently gliding down to the most ideal spot,

Gently gliding down like a feather,

Landing in the softness of green moss,

The scent of lavender still infused in the air.

And noticing before me is a magical violet colored mushroom inviting me to open the aged oak door on its stalk.

And standing on the threshold looking in,

Noticing the soft light,

The soft light of the sunlight streaming through the window.

And walking in,

Noticing how the music,

The scent and light makes my body tingle,

Something about the vibrations of this place that feels so heavenly.

The universe is safe,

Abundant and friendly,

And liquid love energy seeping right through my skin.

I'm embraced now in the most divine colors of gold,

Amethyst,

And white light,

Surrendering,

Surrendering to my highest good,

Surrounding me fully,

Breathing in this light,

Becoming one,

Becoming light.

The light do,

Adds beauty,

Order,

And light to the universe.

Walking forward,

Allowing the light to work its magic,

Noticing a rainbow,

The spectrum of colors behold the beauty of the divine,

And walking to the rainbow's edge,

And now stepping within the rays,

Feeling the light like a waterfall,

Bathing my entire being very gently,

Allowing the rainbow colors to cleanse me,

Washing away all that no longer serves my highest good.

And moving towards the end of the rainbow now,

And entering the mouth of the cave,

The rainbow light following me,

Bathing the entire cavern in a flickering iridescent array of colors.

Noticing,

Noticing the tiny crystal sparkling like the stars of the night sky,

Mysterious and breathtaking.

The cavern winding its way half a mile into the mountain rock,

Smooth crystal walls,

The temperatures warming as I continue into this magical,

Massive underground healing chamber.

Noticing,

Noticing my feet are rising and falling,

Sinking into warm,

Soft sand on a journey traveling through this magical chamber,

And with each step,

I can feel the energy of the earth beneath my feet.

I am in charge of my destiny,

Feeling the warmth rising up from the sand,

Walking,

Breathing,

Each step flowing in perfect sequence with my breath.

And noticing ahead in the distance,

A mysterious being,

Wearing long purple robes,

Flowing in a gentle breeze.

Inwardly he's calling me towards him,

Excited to meet this person.

I quicken my pace,

I can feel my heart opening with joy and the promise of what awaits me.

I flow with the current,

I know that everything happens for my higher good.

And as I reach the end of this magical tunnel,

I intuitively know that to go any further requires a commitment on my part.

I am ready,

I know I must move forward,

I must take this leap of faith.

I am abundantly provided for as I follow my path,

And with that thought,

I continue to follow this mysterious being deep into the center of this grand crystal temple.

Greeted with an exquisite range of purple and lilac tones,

Set in a complex geometric pattern,

Formed by a vast,

Vibrant liquid light.

And intense warmth pervades the atmosphere,

And again the light pours through the windows,

Spreading a rich,

Deep purple color in all directions.

I am warmly greeted by these loving,

Majestic,

Angelic beams,

With long flowing purple robes and intense amethyst eyes,

Inviting me to come closer,

Their eyes twinkling with love and guidance.

And the emotion for me to lie upon this ancient crystal healing table that has been carved from amethyst,

Perfectly fitting my body.

And noticing its deep,

Rich purple tones,

Nurturing and restorative vibrations begin penetrating my body,

Fully relaxed,

Cocooned in this magnificent light.

I have unlimited wells of energy and inspiration,

And these beings start to radiate an intense purple light out of their hands.

And their individual lights join together,

Bathing me in the most exquisite light,

Washing through my third eye,

And swirling throughout my entire body.

It's safe to be all of me now.

And as a collective,

These beings begin to telepathically share this message with me,

As I continue to relax and absorb this liquid light.

My spiritual soul,

If you do not evolve yourself,

You do not serve others.

By becoming a living example,

By following what is in your heart,

You show the way for others to follow with courage what is in theirs.

It is time for you to make a commitment to create your life with love,
