Breathing in love and breathing out fear.
Settling your awareness into your heart,
Placing your hand there at your spiritual heart.
Breathing in and out of your heart.
As you say,
The Course in Miracle Lessons 38 and 50,
There's nothing my holiness cannot do and I am sustained by the love of God.
As you turn into your heart,
You remember who you really are.
You remember the love of God within you,
Always there,
Always waiting,
Always present.
There is nothing your holiness cannot do when you're connected to the mind of God,
The mind of the Holy Spirit.
Through your holiness,
The power of God is made available.
Your holiness is beyond every restriction of time and space.
You are at one with the mind of God and can create this day powerfully in trust and ease and simplicity,
For the love of God will make it so.
See if you can imagine now aligning yourself with the love of God.
You might imagine a ray of light entering into your mind,
A holy light,
A brilliant white light.
A ray of light coming into your mind,
Just allowing yourself to open to it.
You are one with the holy mind of God and thus you are holy.
There's nothing your holiness cannot do.
Allow yourself to feel it,
To feel that love,
To feel that light as you breathe it into your heart,
Saying,
I remember my holiness.
I remember I am loved by the grace of God.
There's nothing my holiness cannot do.
I can face any challenge.
I can release body sensations,
Sicknesses,
Pain through my holiness,
Through the love and the faith I have in God.
I let go of everything and allow this light to heal me and to see others as healed.
And so I say,
In the situation involving blank in which I see myself,
Again,
Whatever challenge maybe you see yourself in right now,
You can say there is nothing my holiness cannot do.
Or in the situation involving another person in which they see themselves,
There is nothing their holiness cannot do.
So I place my faith in the love of God,
The love of the Spirit over the ideas of this world.
I am aligned with the love of God.
Nothing can attack me.
I stop all thoughts that hurt me or my body or other people.
I give it all to the light and ask to be healed now.
Within this light of the Spirit,
I start to touch up.
I am sustained by the love of God.
I invite you to relax and just take in the wisdom of lesson 50 from A Course in Miracles.
I am sustained by the love of God.
Here is the answer to every problem that will confront you today and tomorrow and throughout time.
In this world you believe you are sustained by everything but God.
Your faith is placed in the most trivial symbols.
Medicine,
Money,
Protective clothing,
Influence,
Prestige,
Being liked,
Knowing the right people,
And an endless list of forms of nothingness.
All these things are your replacements for the love of God.
All these things are cherished to ensure a body identification.
They are songs of praise to the ego.
Do not put your faith in the worthless.
It will not sustain you.
Only the love of God will protect you in all circumstances.
It will lift you out of every trial and raise you high above all the perceived dangers of this world into a climate of perfect peace and safety.
It will transport you into a state of mind that nothing can threaten,
Nothing can disturb,
And where nothing can intrude upon the eternal calm of the Son of God.
Put not your faith in illusions.
They will fail you.
Put all your faith in the love of God within you,
Eternal,
Changeless,
And forever unfailing.
This is the answer to whatever confronts you today.
Through the love of God within you,
You can resolve all seeming difficulties without effort and ensure confidence.
Tell yourself this often today.
It is a declaration of release from the belief in idols.
It is your acknowledgement of the truth about who you are.
So repeat the phrase,
I am sustained by the love of God.
Let it sink deep into your consciousness and allow peace to flow over you like a blanket of protection and surety.
