For Empaths: Sacred Shamanic Journey

As we journey to a sacred beach, empaths and all highly sensitive people will be supported by the four directions, archangels, and the elements in releasing energy that does not belong to you. With natural sounds from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and meditative music, the gentle guidance of 5th generation shaman, Lisann Valentin, fosters deep release and alchemy in this emotional journey.

Together we're going to call in sacred space,

Calling in the four directions to support us.

I call in Archangel Raphael in the east to bring us to a place of healing and breathe.

I call in Archangel Michael in the south to bring us to a space of protection and breathe.

I call in Archangel Gabriel in the west to bring us to a space where we speak and see and know our truth and breathe.

I call in Archangel Uriel in the north to bring us to a space where we feel safe in our intuition and breathe.

Anchored by the four directions,

We are safe in this space,

Our physical body and our spiritual body.

Breathe into this space.

Notice the beating of your heart just breathe.

We open the four directions and within this space we are at its center,

A cylinder of light encompassing us,

Encompassing these directions,

Connecting us to the earth,

To the center of the earth and the heavens above,

Surrounds us.

It can be as big or small as you want it to be.

Breathe.

Every breath illuminates this cylinder of light,

Encasing you in protective love.

The source of all unconditional love,

The divine.

Notice any physical sensations in your body,

In your spine,

In your neck,

In your feet.

Just notice what you notice and let it go.

As I begin to take you on this journey,

Your physical body will be here and we're going to travel to a place in the ether.

You will always be connected to your physical body with a brilliant cord of silver light,

Unbreakable,

The strongest form of light you've ever seen.

And if at any point during this journey you want to travel back to your body,

Just remember that you are connected with the silver cord of angelic light and you can gently go back to your body and release the journey at any time.

So as we breathe in this cylinder of protective light,

We allow ourselves to journey knowing we are held,

Knowing we are guided.

At the next breath,

I want you to imagine that you are standing on a beautiful coral beach.

The sand is pink,

The perfect temperature for your feet where you can squish your toes in the sand.

You're the only one on this beautiful,

Pristine beach where you are completely safe and protected and guarded by heavenly light.

Breathe.

Feel the wind ever so gently encircling you,

Reminding you that you are never alone.

You're always covered in divine love.

Before you is a turquoise ocean.

The waves come in and out and you begin to walk toward the seashore ever so gently.

Every time you walk,

You feel even more grounded in the sand.

The sun is shining,

It's not too hot.

Just feels like the perfect temperature for you,

Like this beach was completely made to bring you joy.

Breathe.

As you toes meet the shore,

The turquoise waves gently kiss your toes and go back.

This beautiful ocean stretched out before you is here just for you,

Where you can release everything and anything that no longer serves your highest good and just breathe into that knowing that you are being comforted by every element around you and in you.

You notice in your hand you're carrying a small woven basket.

Inside are seashells of many colors.

What you are holding are the feelings and energies that do not belong to you but that you've carefully collected because you,

You beautiful being,

Care so much about the world that you hold on to the feelings of others and those around you,

The people that you love,

The people that you meet,

The places that you go,

The stories that you hear,

You've collected them in this tiny basket.

These beautiful seashells because feelings just are.

No matter what they are,

They just are.

But you,

My love,

No longer have to hold them and breathe.

You find yourself drawn to one of the seashells in the basket.

Pick it up and you hold it in your hand.

Notice what color it is.

Just the shade.

If you feel called,

You may ask,

Who does this belong to?

You don't have to.

It's not necessary.

It's not yours.

And breathe.

And now we thank Mother Earth for the trust you give as you release it unto her.

You willingly release this energy that does not serve your highest good.

You release it to Mother Earth and you gently place it at the seashore with gratitude in your heart.

As Mother Earth takes it away,

The ocean just drifts and takes the little shell into its depths,

Transforming it into unconditional love,

A feeling you need not worry about anymore.

It has been transformed for you.

This alchemy has been created just by your intention.

And breathe.

Now look in your basket.

Do you see a few more?

Do you see one that stands out to you?

You can take many in your hand.

You can take just one.

If there's nothing left,

You can just stand there at the shore,

Ready to release anything you may not be aware of.

Once again,

I will release them at my feet at the seashore,

Knowing the ocean will take them with her.

And I release each one with gratitude in my heart,

With love and compassion,

Knowing that none of these serves my highest good and I can release them to Mother Earth to transform them for me into unconditional love.

And breathe.

As you stand on this beach,

Notice if there are any more shells.

Notice the color and shape.

Notice if you feel anything in your body as you release these shells.

Just breathe.

And breathe to release them one by one,

Or many at a time,

Laying them at your feet.

And as the waves come in and out,

They just take them away ever so gently,

Transforming them.

Because energy is always being transformed simply with your intention,

With that space of love,

The weight of someone's grief,

Pain,

Worry,

Fear,

Anger,

Isolation that you carry that does not belong to you,

Is transformed into unconditional love and put to use in other ways.

You need not carry these energies with you or in you.

And with that,

I want you to look into your body as you stand at this beach.

Feel if you feel anything locked in here that doesn't belong to you,

That doesn't serve your highest good,

That you can release.

And as you exhale,

I want you to notice that energy coming out of the soles of your feet,

Into the sand,

Into the ocean.

Just let it course out of you,

Even if it's just a little or if it's a lot.

Just let it go,

Just let it go,

Just let it go.

And breathe.

Every exhale,

You let it go,

You let it go,

You let it go,

And breathe.

You notice the sun overhead as you let go of all this energy.

It glitters on the tops of the ocean as it is transformed by Mother Earth into unconditional love.

The sun begins to beam its beautiful light and it's not just on your body,

It's coursing through you this beautiful sunlight.

In through your head,

Past your forehead,

Your third eye,

Past your throat chakra,

Encasing you with light,

Past your heart chakra,

Filling you,

Filling every center that was once occupied by energy that does not belong to you.

You are now inviting that heavenly light in,

Past your solar plexus,

Past your sacral,

And past your root,

Until this beautiful sunlight is just covering your entire body and you stand there like an angel on earth,

Completely glowing in gold on this coral beach created just for you,

You beautiful being,

And breathe,

Knowing you can let it all go,

Knowing that you will always be refilled by divine light because just as you hold,

You are being held.

As the ocean kisses your feet,

Reminding you of where you are,

The wind whips around you,

Reminding you that you are held,

And the source of light within you bursts outward from the center of your heart out into this beach,

Glowing,

Illuminating you and the sun as one.

Keep breathing from the space of sacred surrender,

Allowing yourself to be cared for,

Making room for more beauty in your life,

More of your intuitive gifts to shine the blessing that you are to beam brighter every day as you release all this energy and invite more beautiful light in.

Slowly you start walking away from the shore,

Just walk on this beautiful sand with every step,

Allow yourself to get grounded into this coral sand,

This beautiful pink sand just caresses your toes with every step,

It's so soft,

It's so beautiful like you,

And breathe,

As we begin to leave this beach,

We start to walk back to wherever spot we landed when we came here,

Slowly becoming aware that we are leaving this beautiful beach,

Starting to feel your toes,

Knowing that the silver cord of light is pulling you back in,

Ever so gently start to move your fingers,

Your back within this cylinder protected by the four directions,

Back in your bed,

Back in your chair,

Back home,

Home to yourself,

And breathe,

Knowing that you're awake and that you are here and that you are safe,

And we'll begin to close directions with gratitude in our heart.

We thank you,

Divine source,

For bringing us into the sacred space,

For allowing us to travel into the most sacred of places to release all this energy that didn't belong to us,

Knowing we can return to this place at any time,

And we will be greeted with that beautiful love of the elements that is us and that is around us.

For allowing us to sink into the seat of our intuition and trust that inner knowing.
