Sacred Bath Meditation For Energetic Release

This sacred bathtime meditation invites you to release energy that no longer serves you and welcome in the Divine light of unconditional love.
Set against a live recording of Puerto Rico at night, the sounds of the coqui, crickets, and birds chirping in the background make this sacred bath meditation an active ceremony.
You are welcome to light white candles, and add epsom salt or any healing scents or flowers to your bath that feel supportive during this Reiki-infused meditation.

In this sacred bath meditation, I want you to focus on making this experience a sacred act of unconditional love for the self. As long as you feel relaxed and safe, Keep this audio nearby with your hands free to touch the water, Whether it's still running in the bath or it's nearly full. We begin to get grounded in this water. Taking a deep breath in and releasing it. Take another deep breath in and release. Take another deep breath in and release. Now focusing on the crown of your head, Imagine beautiful white light streaming in. This white light is celestial, Heavenly light, The purest form of unconditional love. Feel it coming in from above, Through your head and your neck and your shoulders. As it goes through your arms, It also makes its way through the entirety of your body, Through your toes, Reaching your fingers, All at the same time. Notice whatever might come to you. Now using your words, We alchemize this water, We transform it into a sacred space. With your hands touching the water, Repeat after me or just listen. I alchemize this water into cleansing water, Healing water, Nourishing water, Living water. I fill this water with the light of unconditional love that courses through me and so it is. Keep breathing as we allow this divine light to balance each and every chakra on your body, Beginning at the crown chakra, The top of your head. Imagine this white light, Allowing it to spin, Releasing any energy that does not serve your highest good and to naturally balance where it belongs. Just breathe. Now allowing this divine energy that not only courses through your entire body, That is not only filled in this bathtub full of living water, But it now goes from the top of your head through your crown chakra into your third eye chakra, Which is at the center of your forehead. Imagine this divine light spinning this chakra, Cleansing it from any energy that does not serve your highest good and releasing it, Balancing it naturally to where it belongs and breathe. As these two chakras come into balance, Move your body ever so gently and feel into the spaces within you. Check in. How do your shoulders feel? Your back? Your hips? Your legs? Just keep breathing and notice whatever comes up for you and breathe into those spaces. Now allow this divine light that went through the crown chakra and your third eye chakra, Feel as it enters your throat chakra. Allow this divine light to spin your throat chakra, Cleansing it, Releasing you from any energy that no longer serves you and breathe. Allowing this divine light to balance this chakra, Aligning it with your crown, Third eye, All in perfect alignment, All glowing with the light of that divine love. Just keep breathing and check into your body because while that divine light works from above, The energy of water works below and breathe. Now allow that divine light to go past your crown chakra, Past your third eye chakra, Past your throat chakra and enter into your heart chakra at the center of your heart and breathe. Allow it to spin your heart chakra at the speed of light, Cleansing and releasing anything that does not serve your highest good. Just breathe. Allow the divine light from above to reach from your crown to your third eye, To your throat, Into your heart chakra and right into your solar plexus chakra, Just beneath your rib cage at the center and breathe. Spinning your solar plexus chakra at the speed of light, Cleansing it, Releasing you from any energy that no longer serves your highest good and naturally balancing this chakra and breathe. As your body recalibrates, Just breathe and feel into every inch of you. Notice any sensations in your body. Now imagine this divine light that's coursing in through the top of your head, That has balanced your crown chakra, That has balanced your third eye chakra, That has balanced your throat chakra, That has balanced your heart chakra and that has balanced your solar plexus chakra. To reach past your belly button into your sacral chakra and allow this divine light to spin your sacral chakra at the speed of light, To release you from any and all energy that no longer serves your highest good, To cleanse you of that energy and to naturally balance your sacral chakra and breathe, Knowing that you are held and being taken care of. Now allowing the divine light to extend past your crown chakra, Past your third eye chakra, Past your throat chakra, Past your heart chakra, Past your solar plexus chakra, Past your sacral chakra, It reaches the root, Your tailbone and breathe as it reaches this point and begins to spin at the speed of light, Releasing any energy that no longer serves your highest good and naturally balancing it and breathe into the space of complete balancing of your chakras, Each and every one filled with divine light, Completely recalibrated in this beautiful sacred water. Feel into your body, Move your toes and your shoulders and your fingers. What do you notice? What are you sensing within you? Are you feeling calm? Are you feeling electric? Just breathe. Now in this water, We'll continue to release and transform energy. So you can repeat after me, You can just hold the intention with me. I release any and all energy that does not serve unconditional love. I release myself from any bonds or contracts that no longer serve the highest good. I release myself from any tethers or cords of connection that do not serve unconditional love. I release myself from any agreements that do not serve my highest good. I willingly release myself from these entanglements. Not only from this point in my life, But from every point of my existence. I willingly set myself free and breathe from this point of existence and in every direction. I am free, I am free, I am free. Feel into your body, Is there anything heavy you need to let go? Willingly untangle yourself from that energy. Let it dissolve in the water, Let it transform into golden light as you breathe. Anything that feels restrictive, Breathe into it. Imagine that divine light from above, The strength of that love extending into each and every part of your body, Alchemizing any energy that doesn't serve your highest good, Transforming it into unconditional love and just releasing it, Releasing it all into that water, Opening yourself up to receive the fullness of unconditional love in every form. Allowing your body to be a vessel that is receptive to unconditional love. Allowing yourself to take all that beautiful love in on every level, On the physical level, The spiritual level, The emotional level, The mental level. Allow your soul to speak and tell you where it needs this divine light to go and let it in. Just let it in, Let it pour through you like sunshine. Let the water embrace you through this beautiful journey of sacred love, Love of self which is divine. Cleansing yourself of any bonds and ties or agreements that held you back before, That hold you back no longer because you have set the intention to be free and you are free indeed. Breathe, Moving your fingers and your toes and your body. Sense your luminescence, Your body filled with light, Your body glistening with water, Cleansed, Purified, A living vessel of unconditional love. Look at you, You marvelous being.
