So I'll be taking you on a bit of a journey today.
I like to begin by taking a few deep breaths in.
Inhale and release.
Take another deep breath in,
Inhaling love and compassion.
Exhale,
Releasing anything and everything that no longer serves you.
Continue to breathe ever so gently,
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your mind with each breath.
Remembering that you are sacred and that you are safe and you are cultivating the space of the divine.
And while you continue to breathe,
I want you to begin to imagine a cylinder of light emanating from your heart center,
Stretching out to encompass your crown and your feet,
And expanding until it encompasses your whole body and you're surrounded by a cylinder of light.
And keep breathing and expand the cylinder as big as you want it to be.
Feel it.
Is it thin?
Is it pretty thick?
Is it translucent?
Is it completely transparent?
Is it crystalline?
Does it look like ice?
Notice whatever comes to you.
Tune in to the feeling of this protective cylinder of energy that you have co-created.
Notice if you hear its sound reverberating through your being.
Is it a low hum?
Does it sound like wind chimes?
Seeing yourself at the center of the cylinder,
Allow yourself to become what looks like a dove.
Imagine your plumage.
How would you embody this?
What does it symbolize for you to embody the dove in this moment?
Allow yourself to spread those wings within the safety of the cylinder.
And as you look up,
Whatever room you're in dissipates and you're at the center of the earth and you begin to fly and you begin to soar and you allow yourself to reach the sky and you breathe.
You enjoy each moment and as you continue to ascend in a safe space,
Something begins to shift and change as you move beyond the earth.
When you reach that threshold,
Breaking through the atmosphere,
Your feathers,
Your plumage begins to change.
What was once white now becomes holy fire like a rainbow changing from blue to purple to red to yellow to green as you move into the universe,
Into a space you've never seen or known before.
Your body has become bigger than it was as a dove.
Your plumage licking fire flames of rainbow colors.
You feel powerful and as you continue to move beyond the stars,
The flames that are you allow you to burn off any illusions you had about what it meant to be healthy so you can make space for more.
It allows you to break off any illusions about what it meant to be abundant because you are making space for more.
You allow yourself to break off any illusions of what it meant to be in your infinite wisdom because now you are making space for even more.
As you continue to soar at the speed of light into the central sun,
You burn away old stories whether borrowed or created.
You release yourself from anything that bound you,
Especially the bindings you created on yourself.
You strip away all illusions making space for so much so much more and you land like a hero at the center of the central sun.
This beautiful phoenix of rainbow light supported by Archangel Raziel and all heavenly hosts surrounding the central sun.
They greet you as you stand at its center.
Wings spread out wild and free and powerful and you take in all this beautiful energy where you have made space for more wisdom and breathe into that space.
Feeling the heat of emotion rise up within you.
You make space for more abundance and release.
Feeling the heat of that love coursing through you.
You allow yourself to receive even more prosperity,
Even more health,
Even more awareness,
Even more intuition,
Even more complete embodiment of each side and facet of all that you are.
Noticing the colors of your fire plumage changing as you make space and allow for even more because now you have the capacity to hold more because you're willing to receive more and breathe.
In this dance of releasing and activation you make space for all that you are.
You take up as much room as you need to take up.
And in the central sun you sing your song.
You sing your song as the phoenix.
What does it sound like?
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
What do you sense within your heart?
Lean into the sound of your heart.
The drumming beat combines with the celestial chorus that sings your praises because you've come home.
You've come home to self.
Embodying all that you are.
Opening up to more health,
More happiness,
More joy,
More wild abundance,
More prosperity,
More and more wisdom,
More of you.
And breathe.
With gratitude in your heart spread your wings once again.
Leaving the central sun and flying in a cosmic dance through the galaxies.
With gratitude at this transmutation that you've co-created.
Transforming all that you are into all that you are.
In flashes of seconds of moments in spaces beyond time,
Beyond what you can conceive.
Dancing through the galaxies notice whatever comes to you.
Whatever you witness.
Notice the plumage.
What colors stand out and how do you feel?
You beautiful phoenix,
What color do you embody?
Slowly making your way to earth's atmosphere.
The minute you begin to cross that threshold you embody the dove once again.
Slowly coming back to self,
Coming back to home.
Landing ever so gently into the center of this earth.
Back into your cylinder,
Back to wherever you were seated as your human self.
And allow yourself to slowly begin to transform once again.
Remembering that the dove is ever so powerful because it is the embodiment of peace and you are that.
You are that powerful transformative thing.
Full of ever more wisdom,
Full of ever more love,
Full of ever more abundance.
Knowing your worth is beyond measure.
Activating every energy center in your body with gratitude.
Allow yourself to come into a state of balance.
Merely affirming and believing and witnessing.
Slowly coming back to yourself.
Begin to move your body as you allow the cylinder to slowly,
Slowly close closer into your body.
Allowing it to shoot back like cosmic rays going into your heart.
With gratitude reminding you how powerful you are.
How within minutes you allowed yourself to transform.
And that you can carry this energy with you not just throughout your day but throughout your life.
And to come back to this moment whenever you need to be reminded that you are both the dove and the phoenix.
