Good morning,

Beautiful one.

Welcome to this morning ritual.

It's a space to awaken gently,

To not go harshly,

To honor your body and heart so that you step into your day sparkling,

Alive and radiant.

So maybe your eyes have just fluttered open for the first time and you're still lying in bed.

Perfect,

Beautiful.

Stay there in your bed and first just feel the soft,

Steady support of the earth beneath you.

Feel its steadiness,

Its patience inviting you to embody your own steadiness and to have patience for your body.

Allow yourself to be held here.

Receive,

Receive.

And then now take a slow,

Long inhale,

Filling your lungs with the freshness of the morning.

And then exhale fully,

Letting go of anything you don't wanna take with you into the day,

Letting that go.

So inhaling freshness and possibility and then exhaling what does not serve you,

What you do not want to bring into this day.

Do this for a few breaths.

And now place your hands on your heart and for a moment here,

Feel the warmth of your heart.

Connect with its devotion,

Its faithful rhythm to you.

And as you do this,

You might whisper softly to yourself,

I am here,

I am luminous,

I am alive.

And now if you haven't already,

Begin to stretch slowly.

You might reach your arms above your head,

Still on the bed,

Still to be supported and they're just stretching,

Making soft circles with your wrists,

Stretching out your fingers,

Like closing and opening them.

You might feel your legs stretching in the opposite direction as you breathe in and out,

Spreading your toes out wide,

Waking up,

Doing what feels good to you,

What feels delicious,

What feels lovely to you,

Moving intuitively.

You might even ask yourself like,

How does my body want to move and breathe?

Notice how your arms and shoulders want to move,

What feels delicious and nourishing to them.

Then your elbows and wrists and fingers,

See what they want to do.

Same thing with your torso and your hips,

Your legs and ankles and toes.

Maybe they want to move in a soft or slow circular motion.

Let your body guide you and show you what feels lovely.

You might stretch your fingers and toes out,

Curling and flexing and then spreading again.

You might roll your shoulders.

Your arms may become like petals reaching up to sunlight.

As you move,

Notice how good it feels to not think and just do what your body,

Your precious body wants to do.

Oh my goodness,

Giving it permission to breathe fully,

To stretch,

To curl up.

How beautiful that you are giving yourself this spaciousness,

This attention,

This time.

And then now with each movement,

You might notice if you still want to stay on the bed or if you want to sit up or you're standing up,

Whatever you do,

Oh,

Just know that you are listening to your intuitive,

The intuitive nature of your body,

Whatever your body wants to do.

With each movement,

Now imagine golden light coming in from the top of your head and pouring into every cell,

Like the first rays of dawn sliding across a quiet moon.

Like the first rays of dawn sliding across a quiet meadow.

Down your body,

Through your head and brain,

Your face,

The back of the neck and the throat,

This golden light and breath moving through the shoulders,

The collarbones,

Down through the arms,

Through the hands and the fingers,

Through your torso,

Your chest and torso and your back,

Gliding down your back into your hips,

Down through your legs,

Down through your feet and your toes.

And as you imagine this golden light pouring into every cell,

You might whisper to yourself,

I am light,

I am love.

Do a few more movements that feel delicious.

If you're standing,

You might enjoy a gentle sway side to side or some hip circles,

You might enjoy a soft twist of your belly and torso,

Right to left,

You might feel some undulations of the spine,

Moving the spine in any direction it organically wants to move and stretch.

So let these movements be playful,

Alive.

Notice how the rhythm of your breathing and the rhythm of your breath guides the flow as you give yourself permission to wake up how you want to and enjoy what feels lovely and nourishing for you.

Now,

Come into a little bit of stillness.

You might place the palms of your hands together over your heart or place both hands on the heart.

And imagine the warm golden light illuminating every cell in your body.

And now it radiates from your heart,

Filling your chest,

Spilling out into your arms and fingertips and hands and then through your fingertips and hands out into the world.

Same thing down your spine,

Through your tailbone,

Through your torso,

Hips,

Legs and feet,

Down toward the earth.

And imagine this light radiating out into the world and get this,

Nothing,

No light diminishes within you.

You remain vibrant and alive and nourished.

This golden light radiates through you,

Nourishing you and also flowing out into the world.

So feel this soft pulse of energy now,

This gentle spark of aliveness in you.

Let's end this meditation by softly whispering.

You might say to yourself,

I honor my body.

I honor my life.

I am ready for this day.

I am luminous.

I am alive.

I honor my body.

I honor my life.

I am ready for this day.

I am luminous.

I am alive.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

Thank you.
