This meditation guides you through a lovely practice of celebrating the wins you've had today - some of the beautiful, creative, and loving things you may not have even thought of as wins! In being an Integrative Somatic Experiencing Psychotherapist over the years, I've shared with clients the power of countering the negative bias we all have as human beings, and how we can re-wire our brains for happiness and soothe our nervous systems by building our capacity to see the good in ourselves and our lives.
