Welcome to this safe and sacred place.
I'm Lisa and I'm going to guide you into your deep knowing,
Your intuition,
The love within your heart,
The knowing within your gut.
So the first thing I want you to do today is to find a comfortable seat or lie down.
And if you're sitting tuck your chin in and reach the top of the head towards the sky.
And if you're lying down,
Open your hands as this is a sign of receiving.
Now we're going to take a deep breath in together and count to four,
Hold for four and release for six.
And in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathe out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And once more,
In for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Now that we are fully in our bodies,
I want you to close your eyes if you haven't already.
And imagine a safe place,
Somewhere where you feel safe.
The first thing that comes to mind is perfect.
Don't try and change what came to your mind first.
I want you to look around this place.
What do you see?
Who's around you?
Is anyone there?
What does it smell like?
What are the colors?
Can you see energy radiating off of anything in the room?
What does the air feel like?
What can you hear?
In the room,
You'll find a door,
A beautiful,
Beautiful door.
You're dying to open it and see what's inside.
What does the door look like?
What color is it?
When you look at the door,
There's light shining from the creeks.
What color is that light?
That beautiful,
Beautiful aura.
You reach your hand out and open the door and you find a staircase.
Is the staircase straight?
Is it windy?
Does it go down or up?
Whichever way it goes,
You step on the first stair and you look to the top or the bottom of the staircase.
And at the end of that staircase,
You see someone who looks familiar.
Since they're slightly far away,
You can't tell who they are yet,
But you feel a warm sense of knowing.
You put your foot on the next stair and you slowly walk up or down that staircase.
When you get halfway,
You make out that the face looks a little bit like you.
She looks just like you.
She's glowing.
Behind her is the most beautiful view you've ever seen.
And whatever comes to you,
Just let it be that.
What does she look like?
As you look yourself in the eyes from halfway down or halfway up the stairs,
What's her expression?
What do you think she is thinking about?
And you get closer and closer to her until you finally reach her and you're looking her straight in the eyes.
And you realize how beautiful you are as you are right now.
She reaches her hands out and you take them.
She begins to walk and you follow her.
As you walk,
She shows you all of your biggest dreams happening exactly as you've always pictured them.
She shows you what she's done to become this higher version of you.
As you watch all of your dreams unfolding and the space is right next to you,
You get shivers down your spine.
She squeezes your hand and she whispers something in your ear.
What does she whisper?
What does she want you to know?
Let what she said sink in.
Give her a hug.
Thank her for showing you,
For reminding you that you do know what's next,
That the path that you were on is the correct path to get to exactly where you want to go.
That the life that you're living is taking you exactly where she just showed you.
That all of your hard work will be paid off.
Let it all soak in.
And when you're ready,
Turn around and step by step walk back up or back down those stairs.
When you get back to the door,
Gaze down at the view.
You can still see all of your dreams unfolding all around you.
You can see your beautiful higher self,
That next level of you,
Far far in the distance.
She blows you a kiss.
Remember that all of this is waiting for you.
Every single thing that you just witnessed is waiting for you.
You can come back here anytime.
Close the door and walk back to your safe place.
And when you're ready,
Start to wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your hands.
Bring yourself back into the room and open your eyes.
Remember that this vision is always here for you whenever you need it.
