I didn't even know I was capable of leading guided meditations and then during a podcast episode, this emerged naturally. I wanted to share with love my first ever quick and simple meditation for when you are short on time, but want to give your body the love it deserves.

Just close your eyes,

Put your hand on your heart.

Feel your heart beating.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

Now put your hand on your belly.

And send love and gratitude to your belly.

The outsides,

The insides,

Digesting the food that you ate.

Send it your love.

Take a deep breath and feel it fill up with air.

And as you exhale,

Feel it compress and let go of all of that air.

Put your hand back on your heart and send love and gratitude to your heart for pumping blood and keeping you alive.

One more deep breath.

And release.

And before you open your eyes,

I just want you to send love and send gratitude to your entire body and think about all of the things that it's done for you through your years of being on earth.

How much it's grown,

Changed,

Evolved.

How many different types of clothing that you've put it into.

Thank your body for the way that it is right now.

You can open your eyes now.

That is the first step in loving your body and having a positive body image.

I hope that you sent your body the love because it deserves that.
