Since then, she has been deeply exploring practices that support healing, embodiment, and nervous system regulation. Her multifaceted interests guide her closer to her soul purpose each day, including Rebirthing Breathwork, music (voice activation, playing flute, guitar, piano), Vipassana meditation, cacao ceremonies, yin and nidra yoga, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, ice baths, trauma awareness, somatic experiencing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. Lisa believes that being a teacher is a profound gift—every student, every shared moment offers new opportunities for growth and learning. Through her offerings, she aims to create spaces where others can reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner wisdom.
