Pranayama Mantra - 5 Min Reset
I recently came across this mantra by a yoga therapist called Summer Cushman and thought it was a beautiful way to stop, pause and attend to the breath. 5 minutes a day is an accessible way to find precious space within our often hectic lives. Pause. Breathe. Find space.
