During this meditation, I will guide you through using your imagination to visualize an encounter with your future self. You’ll have the opportunity to not only dream, but practice how you want to feel. By the end of this meditation, you’ll have a strong vision of who you want to be, what you want to create, and feel excited to move towards that. This meditation features affirmation repetition and sounds of ocean waves. I hope this serves you.

Visualization meditation,

The feature self and positive mindset.

Allow yourself to get comfortable and use these next few minutes to guide you in shifting your mindset.

At this time gently close your eyes and with a deep belly breath in through the nose exhale through your mouth with a nice big sigh.

Repeating that once more.

Big belly inhale.

Exhale sighing it all out and sinking deeper into your seat.

Now allow the breath to flow naturally here in and out through the nostrils.

Visualize you are standing alone on a beach.

Sun feels warm on your skin but there's a gentle breeze in the air.

The weather is absolutely perfect.

As you stare off into the horizon the sun is setting placing a display of beautiful colors across the sky.

The waves seem to dance and the flow of each wave aligns with your breath.

As you breathe in the waves pull back and as you exhale they kiss the shoreline.

You feel such a sense of peace in this moment and feel deep gratitude for this experience.

This place is yours.

It is here for you to come whenever you need.

All you have to do is close your eyes and breathe.

Allow every worry,

Every task,

Every negative thought to float away.

Floating away along with the ebb and flow of the ocean.

Give yourself permission to let go.

Give yourself permission to forgive those thoughts and permission to welcome positive energy into your being.

Every bad thought,

Every fear and every worry just drift away.

They are no longer on your horizon.

You can feel the waves kiss your toes and the sand gently move from underneath your feet as the water goes back,

Back into the vastness of the ocean.

So effortlessly,

So free.

You notice from your left there is a person approaching you.

You can't make them out right away.

As they get closer,

Little details start to emerge.

They are the same shape as you.

Same facial structure.

Same spirit in the eyes.

It is then clear to you that this person is you.

Older,

Wiser,

Happier.

You.

They are serene,

Effortlessly serene and have a glow about them.

Without words spoken,

You just glance into each other's eyes and hear their voice,

Your voice in your mind.

It's as if their words move through your body.

Unspoken words of love,

Words of affirmation,

Words of peace.

They then wrap their arms around you and embrace you.

Embrace you in the most gentlest of hugs.

You feel safe.

You feel loved.

As their voice continues speaking,

Their words become clearer.

The great ocean before you becomes still.

As if time stops all around you.

The water is still.

The air is still.

You are still.

These words are so important that all the world wants you to take them in.

Your future self is now heard so clear and in the still embrace of their gentle hug,

You hear their words fully as if they tickle your eardrums.

You start to repeat the words along with them.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am strong.

I have everything I need.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am strong.

I have everything I need.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am strong.

I have everything I need.

As their voice continues speaking,

You are saying their words right alongside of them.

Your words are their words.

Their words are your words.

You are worthy.

You are so loved.

You are strong.

And you have everything you need.

You feel this great shift in your body as if these words are lifting you off the ground.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am strong.

I have everything I need.

And I am happy.

I am truly and utterly happy.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am strong.

I have everything I need.

And I am happy.

The embrace you are both in loosens and their hands are now wrapping within yours.

You stare each other in the eyes.

Your eyes.

You see happiness.

You feel happiness.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am strong.

I have everything I need.

And I am happy.

I am happy.

I am happy.

I am happy.

You then begin to hear the ocean waves again and feel those waves as they kiss your feet.

The wind begins to move and you feel the breeze tickle your skin.

Your future self has disappeared but you still feel their presence.

You still feel you.

More you than you have ever felt.

You look back out to the horizon.

The sun still peeking out so softly.

So many colors dance across the sky.

As the sun finally tucks itself in for the night,

You say these words.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am strong.

I have everything I need.

And I am happy.

Deeply and truly happy.

Taking in a deep belly breath in,

In through the nostrils and exhale out through your mouth letting it out again.

Deep sigh.

One more deep deep belly breath.

Inhale deep in through your nostrils.

Hold at the very tippity top of this inhale for three,

Two,

And one.

Exhale letting it go deep sigh out through the mouth.

Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes here coming back into your body.

And whenever you are ready,

Gently opening the eyes.
