Welcome to throat chakra work.

We shall begin with a talk and first the cough that breaks down into four phases.

Receptor irritation phase.

Cough receptors like fibers in the respiratory tract detect an irritant.

Maybe chemical,

Mechanical,

Inflammatory and they send signals to the brainstem.

Phase 2.

Inspiratory phase.

A deep breath is taken to fill the lungs with a large volume of air creating the power for the cough.

Phase 3.

Compressive.

The vocal cords close trapping air in the lungs.

Muscles contract increasing pressure within the chest and compressing the airwaves.

And phase 4.

Expulsive phase.

The glottis suddenly opens and the compressed air rushes out forcefully dislodging mucus and foreign material from the airwaves.

Moving on to effective home remedies and traditional practices.

You can incorporate the intention of healing while preparing these remedies.

A spoonful of honey can coat the throat and a natural cough suppressant and can be mixed with warm water or herbal tea.

Also gargle with warm salty water to reduce throat irritation and clear it.

Steam inhaling leaning over a bowl of hot water with a towel on your head and you can add also eucalyptus.

Also staying hydrated with broth and with warm drinks.

Ginger with its anti-inflammatory properties and also adding lemon or honey.

Plus to rest and allow the body to heal in this area.

In witchcraft and folk magic stopping a cough is often approached by combining herbal remedies with intention setting.

Thus chanting and cleansing rituals to remove the negative energy or sickness causing the ailment.

This remedy combines physical soothing magical properties of ingredients like ginger representing fire and strength and honey healing and sweetness.

Ingredients 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger,

1 tablespoon of raw honey,

Half a lemon,

A pinch of cayenne pepper or turmeric and hot water.

Then to boil water in a small pot adding the ginger,

Turmeric and canine.

As it simmers focus your intention on the heat breaking up the congestion and releasing the cold.

Strain the liquid into a mug adding the lemon and honey.

Then stir clockwise three times reciting by earth and fire my breath is free as I will it so mote it be.

Then drink while warm.

There is also the use of smoke and steam cleansing spells.

Using steam you can send healing herbs into your respiratory system to banish the cough.

Herbs like thyme for chesty coughs,

Peppermint for cleansing congestion and sage for sore throats.

The method bring water to a boil,

Pour into a heatproof bowl and a few drops of eucalyptus,

Tea tree or peppermint oil.

Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to create a steam tent.

Then inhale deeply and imagine the steam pushing the illness out of your lungs.

Banishing chant for a persistent cough.

This can be spoken while using a cough drop or sipping tea to banish the persistent nagging energy of the cough.

Persistent hack take thy flight leave my chest flee this night with fire lemon and honey sweet I banish this cough to the street as I will it so mote it be.

And now the ancient Egyptians that employed both practical and spiritual methods to protect the throat particularly concerning health and the afterlife.

Practical and medical measures include a headrest.

Egyptians used headrests made of materials like wood or stone to support the head while sleeping.

This helped to keep the neck aligned potentially preventing neck pain and the elevation helped protect the sleeper from insects and small creatures on the ground.

Then for medicine the Ebers Papyrus.

A key medical text includes descriptions of conditions and therapeutic stages strategies involving the throat and respiratory system.

The Ebers Papyrus that is written in a scroll contains over 842 magical formulas and folk remedies.

It contains many incantations meant to turn away disease-causing demons.

The papyrus contains a treasure on the heart.

It notes that the heart is the center of the blood supply with vessels attached from every member of the body.

The ancient Egyptians seem to have known little about the kidneys and made the heart the meeting point of a number of vessels which carried all the fluids of the body blood tears urine and senum.

Mental disorders are detailed as well and disorders such as depression and dementia are covered.

The descriptions of these disorders suggest that Egyptians conceived of mental and physical disease in much the same way.

Coughs and oral care.

The Gypsies used honey to soothe coughs and for oral health they used teeth cleaning twigs,

Mouthwashes made from things such as bran,

Celery and active ingredients to relieve pain and a primitive form of toothpaste.

Spiritual and funeral practices.

Funerary ambulance were placed on various parts of the body during mummification for protection and healing in the afterlife.

While not pacific only to the throat these offered general bodily protection.

Protective collars during mummification.

The neck was sometimes covered by a collar of thick linen layers serve as a protective purpose in the preservation process.

Headrest rituals held significant spiritual importance.

Spell 166 of the Book of the Dead pacifically mentions the headrest and intended to magically prevent the decapitation of the deceased ensuring their safe passage into eternity.

Opening of the mouth ritual.

The central part of the ceremony was performed on the mummy or statue to restore the deceased's senses including the ability to speak,

Eat and breathe in the afterlife.

In spiritual traditions particularly the Hindu and Buddhist concept of chakras the throat is seen as the fifth energy center known as the Vushta chakra which translates to especially pure.

It is the primary hub for communication,

Self-expression and the ability to speak one's authentic truth.

Key spiritual meanings of the throat are authentic self-expression.

Core spiritual function of the throat is to allow for the outward expression of your inner self and deepest truths.

A balanced throat chakra enables you to articulate your thoughts,

Feelings and needs with clarity and confidence and without fear of judgment or rejection.

Bridges between realms.

It acts as a bridge between the lower more physical chakras,

Basic needs,

Emotions and the higher more spiritual ones,

Intuition,

Universal wisdom.

It helps integrate the wisdom of the heart and mind allowing spiritual insights,

Insights to be voiced and understood in the material world.

Purity and purification.

The Sanskrit name Vushta signifies purification.

Working with this energy center involves purifying one's words,

Thoughts and actions and letting go of negative beliefs or past traumas that inhibit free expression.

Listening and resonance.

The spiritual significance extends beyond speaking to include the ability to listen actively and attentively to others and to one's own inner highest self.

It is associated with the element of Ashka,

Space or ether and sound vibration.

Emphasizing harmony and resonance in communication.

Lastly,

Creativity.

The throat is closely linked to creative identity.

It is where creative ideas originating in the sacral chakra find their voice and expression,

Whether through speaking,

Writing,

Art or music.

Signs of spiritual imbalance.

When the throat chakra is blocked or imbalanced,

It can manifest and emotionally in various ways.

The inability to speak up.

Difficulty expressing thoughts,

Feelings or needs.

Feeling unheard or shutting down during conflict.

Also fear of judgment.

Anxiety about public speaking or sharing opinions stemming from a fear of criticism or rejection.

Also dishonesty.

A tendency to lie,

Keep secrets or be unable to keep one's word.

Also excessive talking.

An overactive throat chakra can lead to talking too much,

Interrupting others,

Gossiping or using harsh and critical words.

And also lack of creativity,

Feeling uninspired or experiencing creative stagnation.

In essence,

The throat is seen as a powerful instrument for manifesting one's authentic self and connecting with the divine through honest,

Clear,

Compassionate expression.

In many spiritual and holistic traditions,

A cough is often associated with a cough with the need to release unprocessed emotions,

Unexpressed anger or uncommunicated truths.

It is seen as a physical manifestation of the body attempting to expel something that is troubling one's spirit or mind.

So,

Common spiritual interpretations of coughing.

Releasing unprocessed grief or sadness.

The lungs and the entire respiratory system are frequently linked to emotions,

Particularly grief and loss.

In traditional Chinese medicine and other spiritual practices,

A lingering cough might indicate unresolved sadness or the need to let go of something or someone.

And unexpressed communication.

The throat chakra is associated with communication and speaking your truth.

A cough in this context symbolizes a blockage in this energy center,

A sign that you are holding back words or feelings or opinions that need to be expressed.

Expelling negative energy,

Similar to how the physical body uses a cough to expel irritants.

The spiritual interpretation suggests that the body might be trying to cough up or rid itself of negative energy,

Internal conflicts or spiritual impurities and is often described as spiritual cleansing.

Also,

Internal conflict or anger.

So,

The cough,

Particularly if acute or persistent,

Could be linked to unacknowledged anger or upset in your immediate environment or family situation.

Now,

Crystals.

Crystals connected to the throat.

Primarily for communication,

Self-expression and truth.

Are predominantly crystals that are blue or blue-green and are believed to clear blockages and open the throat chakra for honest speech and understanding.

Common throat chakra crystals are lapis lazuli that encourages self-awareness,

Honest expression and inner truth.

Also,

Aquamarine that soothes the throat,

Calms anxiety and promotes clear,

Courageous speech.

Sodalite crystal bridges heart and mind for rational thought,

Objectivity and verbalizing feelings.

Turquoise is a stone for communication,

Empathy and speaking without fear.

Blue lace argite,

A gentle stone for peaceful communication,

Reducing anger and articulating thoughts.

Androlite connects to spirit guides and enhances self-expression and awareness.

Blue kyanite aligns subtle energies and encourages speaking your truth.

Amazonite balances emotions and guards against negativity,

Fostering self-knowledge.

Blue apatite helps with manifesting,

Communication and finding your voice.

And blue calcite soothes social anxiety and supports healing in the throat area.

All these crystals resonate with the throat chakra energy center,

Helping to release energy blocks that hinder expressing your true self,

Speaking your mind with clarity and confidence,

Connecting with others authentically,

Healing emotional pain related to holding back.

Now,

As I research,

Hence,

Koth and coronavirus,

It gets its name because it has a crown-like spikes that protrude from its surface,

Plus the crown chakra has 1,

000 petals or spikes that reach out and connect to Universal Wisdom Angel Jophiel,

Who is in charge also of China and the crown chakra,

The cosmos.

Crown chakra is Uranus,

Which has ascended.

Called coronary,

It is here we connect with higher wisdom.

So coronavirus is opening up the world to higher wisdom.

We are dissolving fear with love,

The energy of the heart to transmute the fear of the virus and add your light to the world,

Activating the love to heal the fear for as many people as possible.

Hence the golden age of higher living and world peace.

The coughing virus reminds us to strengthen our immune system by eating well,

Relaxing and de-stressing,

Plus hygiene when sneezing or blowing your nose.

And when most had to stay at home,

It was reported parents getting to know their children more.

So a change in work focus,

Culture into a family-orientated one.

Plus the future there will be less travel.

The virus is helping to modern the times of better living.

The point also is nations are communicating and cooperating.

It is a test for individuals and this earth to dissolve fear with the frequency of love,

Plus into a higher love and use it to raise mother earth's frequency.

She needs humans to heal her.

Remembering we are all creators.

And ready now to begin a small meditation.

Welcome to this guided meditation called throat chakra work.

So let's begin.

Please get seated or lay down if you wish.

Closing one eye and closing the next eye.

Please empty the mind.

10 seconds now.

Breathe into your nose and breathe out the mouth.

Connect to the airwaves.

Through the nostril into the heart and up the throat.

Exhale from the mouth.

Think for a moment how the cough,

The coronavirus,

Has been well chosen.

If we all had a different health problem,

But the same health problem,

What on earth could it have been?

No other ailment fits so well as this.

You may think 10 seconds of it yourself now.

And so I look not with fear at this cough and it's loud decibels that it creates.

But I see a direction forward.

I remind myself life is a journey.

I live and I will leave.

This earth yet it is a living planet.

On a spiritual level I acknowledge my very own guardian angel is with me through life.

I wish for my guardian angel to step close to support me in releasing all fears in my throat chakra.

I understand any worldly coughing and its phlegm is ultimately lifting me into a higher vibration.

Out of the old,

Very old 3D drama world that has always been a confusing cycle and a circle of negativity full of anger and immense deep fear that has never felt right in this body or heart of me.

I am ultimately a wise soul who is only here to shine my gifts upon the most beautiful planet called Mother Earth.

My life is a plan in the sense of being organized and flow through each Earth day.

I am logical,

I am magical and I can see she is destined to be on the most highest of love and light.

A good and aim reclaimed upon her where we no longer live in fear or shadows but we flow with our hearts and minds in deep peace,

Creativity and happiness that is joy.

I release all confusion and focus on a world I truly wish to be in.

Bless Mother Earth's nature kingdom and her animal kingdom into abundance.

Bless mankind and females in their power of gifted and golden light.

I feel my throat speak with great wisdom,

Joy,

Fun and adventure.

I am a creator,

I am that I am.

Breathing into deep royal blue that is the throat chakra.

There are in fact 22 chambers or lessons in the throat and 11 in the outer major which is the highest throat chakra,

33 in total.

The lessons are about strength,

Courage,

Truth,

Honesty and integrity.

Archangel Michael is in charge of this deep blue chakra.

When the lessons in your throat chakra have been learned you achieve higher communication,

Integrity and truth.

When the throat chakra is fifth dimensional it is royal blue and you are naturally truthful,

Honourable,

Courageous and strong.

When you live in truth and honour,

Everyone trusts you and feels safe.

Now please rest deeply into all of this,

Fully connecting with your royal blue throat chakra.

One minute now,

Thank you.

I am ready to open my eyes to the count of three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Eyes opening.

I am awake.
