This meditation is to activate the solar plexus to heal itself. The gut is where the second brain resides. It is therefore imperative to keep the cells clear of toxins and to heal them of any damage. The meditation guides you to self-soothe and allow your body to heal itself. The meditation may be done sitting erect or lying down.

Take a deep breath in and relax as you release another breath in and relax the third time a deep breath in and relax.

Let's set an intention for this meditation.

What is it we are seeking?

We are seeking to right the balance in our body.

We are seeking the cells in our body to heal you.

With this intention in mind,

Let's practice our breathing.

So we are going to breathe in for three counts and release three counts.

So take a breath in,

Feel yourself for three counts and release.

And again,

Breathe in three counts and release,

Breathe in three counts,

Release.

And observe where is the breath reaching?

Is it reaching the top of your belly?

Is it reaching the bottom?

Breathe in three counts and release,

Breathe in three counts and release,

Continue this process of breath work,

Breathing in consciously three counts and exhaling three counts,

Breathing in three counts,

Exhaling three counts.

As I talk to your subconscious mind,

Allow yourself to drift deeper into relaxation.

Take this time now to relax your body.

Let the cells process,

Let the cells do the work they are supposed to do.

They know what their function is.

The cells are always working in our body.

Sometimes when your mind gets tired and confused,

The cells are not able to do their work efficiently.

Now is the time to change this.

So rest,

Relax,

Feel yourself letting go.

Start from the top of your head.

Notice how it feels to relax from that point all the way down to your toes.

Imagine that feeling now traveling further and further,

Passing each lower area of your body from your head,

Moving down your neck,

Moving down your shoulders.

This feeling of relaxation is moving down your chest.

It's flowing down your back.

See that feeling of relaxation spreading down into your stomach.

Your body is deeply relaxed now,

You're experiencing wonderful sensations,

You're feeling peaceful.

Your lower back is now at peace,

It is relaxed.

Your hips are relaxed,

Your thighs are relaxed,

Your knees feel relaxed.

Your calves and shins are relaxed,

Your ankles,

The top of your feet,

The bottom of your feet and your toes.

Each part is relaxing completely,

There's this peaceful feeling that follows as your body relaxes.

It is possible now for those cells to just complete their work.

I want you now specifically to focus on your stomach and all the cells in your body are listening and they're going to concentrate all of their focus and love onto the area of the stomach.

The stomach or your gut is the seat of all emotions.

It tends to absorb a lot of emotions from the mind.

So it's important for you to keep your stomach working well.

As you rest in this peaceful,

Relaxed state,

Just imagine a light glowing in your stomach,

An energy ball,

A light ball expanding outward from your stomach region and every cell in your stomach,

Concentrating,

Reorganizing,

Searching for problems in the stomach region and just releasing those problems.

You can actually see yourself working inside your stomach,

Clearing up whatever dark spots you see there.

Let the stomach unwind,

Let it ease.

Maybe you can see yourself clearing up the blocks,

The blocks where the food enters the stomach,

The blocks where the food leaves the stomach and your stomach is in perfect health.

It's color begins to become more and more normal.

It is efficient,

It's balanced.

As each cell in your stomach is working,

You're feeling more and more at ease.

You're feeling relaxed.

Your stomach feels light,

Food travels in it easily.

The liquid that you have travels through it easily and painlessly.

Feel that ease as you breathe and move about as you breathe,

Feel that sensation of total ease,

Comfort and I'm going to count down from 10 to 1 as your subconscious mind will scan,

Cleanse and complete the work on the stomach area.

Bringing it back to complete health and ease,

9,

8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2 and 1.

Now this has been done.

The cells have restructured,

They've reorganized,

They are reinvigorated.

Every aspect of your mind,

Body and spirit have reorganized,

They've reset to best suit your needs and you're going to notice in the days,

Weeks and months to come that your feelings,

Your emotions,

Your attitudes,

Your understanding and body chemistry are working together to allow you to have a proper,

Successful experience of healing in your stomach,

In your body,

In your life.

Notice in this session,

You have requested your cells to cleanse,

To heal,

To reorganize the positive changes that you have made are now under your control and your cells will always work for your highest wishes so you are able to enjoy the life you want and I'm going to count you up from 1 to 5 and at the end when I say 5,

You will be awake,

You will wake up,

Enjoy your day,

Fully alert,

Fully awake,

You will experience tremendous joy,

Tremendous excitement about your decision to move into intermittent fasting and in this excitement you can do for your body what it wants you to do.

Every day you're going to find yourself improving and enjoying your experience,

One,

Two,

Becoming aware now of your surroundings,

Three,

Filling your body with breath,

Four,

Bringing some small movements in your body,

Five,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Rub the palms of your hands,

Bring some warmth there and bring them to your eyes and slowly,

Slowly blink and open your eyes.
