Let us breathe in a sweet breath of love,
Of compassion to this vehicle.
This is my vehicle.
This is the only vehicle that I will have in this lifetime.
Let that sink.
There is no replacement.
This is the only vehicle I will have in this lifetime.
There is no replacement.
Just allow these words to sink into you.
And observe how the cells in your body welcome these words.
I choose compassion for the body parts that don't fit into the mold that I have created in my mind.
I choose compassion.
I choose love.
And I want you to imagine that you're sitting under this waterfall of loving kindness.
You're holding your own body with loving tenderness.
With all its imperfections.
And you say,
I accept it.
And if you cannot bring yourself to say I accept you,
That's all right too.
Try the statement.
I am choosing to accept it.
It is a conscious choice that I make.
And observe what tingles in your body,
What vibrates,
A flicker of pain,
Or just gentle loving silence.
And I want you to enter into your own space.
That's your sacred region.
Enter it as if you're entering a sacred space.
A cave full of ancient wisdom.
Can you touch the wall of this cave and say,
I'm sorry.
I've not understood you always.
I've misunderstood what you tried to tell me.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you.
For all the ways in which you try to communicate to me.
Thank you.
Maybe you can see your home as a woman drawing you close in a hug.
That's the protector you.
Or you may see yourself,
Your higher self hugging you.
Whatever image surfaces accepted.
And now breathe in.
And breathe out.
Bring your awareness back to the room in which you're in.
To the seat.
If your feet are on the floor,
Feel the firmness of the support that the earth gives you,
That your seat gives you.
Wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers gently.
Blink a few times.
And open your eyes.
