All right,
So allow yourself to close your eyes.
You don't have to do anything.
That's always something I say.
You just have to be.
And part of your beingness is to breathe.
If you can take in a full breath which expands your lungs,
That will be great.
Because when we are in beta state,
We don't think much while breathing.
So the bottom part of the lungs do not get filled up.
And if they don't get filled up the exchange of gases which needs to take place throughout the lungs doesn't happen.
And while we meditate on I am not the story.
What better way to change it than to start consciously giving the lungs the breath,
The air that it needs.
Your name,
Your body,
Your family,
The life that you've built,
All of it feels real.
It's difficult to disentangle sometimes.
But as you keep repeating this internally,
I am not the body.
I am not the mind.
I am not even the story.
Just repeat this over and over again.
That thought or the thoughts which keep needling you.
Telling the thought,
I am not the thought.
I am just witnessing all of this.
What happens when you move your awareness from just your name and your life and your story and become something bigger.
If you move into the bigger space in the diagram,
I showed you.
I am that which observes.
I am.
I am that.
I am what was revealed as the name of God.
I am that.
I am that which observes.
Just stay with this and I want you to take this new identity.
Shedding the old skin,
The old identity.
Take it to all the areas of your life because you have a linear history in front of you.
From day one till today.
I am that which observes.
And whatever has been the sticky area or is the sticky area currently,
Which you would like to change.
Take that awareness to that area,
That moment.
I am that which observes.
It could be a health issue.
It could be a body.
It could be a financial issue.
Whatever you've perceived till now.
Take this new identity.
I am that which observes this.
Notice if your body tingles,
Vibrates,
Shows up in some kind of sensation,
Pain.
And take this phrase or the awareness of this phrase to your body as well.
I am that which observes.
If you procrastinate,
Take it to that concept.
All answers will come to you in time.
And the last few minutes of this meditation.
Slowly.
Bringing awareness back into the body,
Into the core of your body.
Into the heart of you.
Gently.
Bringing movement.
To the extreme areas of your body,
Your fingers and toes.
Maybe even becoming aware of the pinna of your ears.
And if you want to,
You can rub your palms.
And gently bring them to your eyes.
Blink a few times.
And open your eyes.
