Who you thought you were is only a small fragment of your true nature. You are not merely the body that changes with time, age, appearance, pleasure, and pain. You are not the restless mind filled with thoughts, fears, judgments, memories, and endless analysis. You are not even the story you have repeated to yourself about who you are, where you came from, or what has happened to you. The body is an experience. The mind is an instrument. The story is a construct. But none of these are the essence of you. Beyond every thought, emotion, identity, role, and condition exists a deeper presence — the silent awareness that witnesses it all. The part of you that observes the experience without becoming it. You are not here to shrink yourself into identities that confine you. You are here to awaken beyond them. To observe without attachment. To exist without limitation. To remember that beneath every experience, every emotion, and every story… You simply ARE.
