Allow your eyes to comfortably close.
Notice any thoughts and feelings without judging or attaching to them.
Notice they are just something happening in the moment,
Nothing more,
Nothing less.
Sit back from them.
Notice you are more than your thoughts.
Let them soften and breathe their energy out.
Breathe down the full length of your body,
Allowing it to soften and release what it's been carrying.
Let it flow out and away.
As you do so,
Become aware of the sensation as air enters and leaves your nostrils.
Notice the air is cool as it enters,
Warm as it leaves.
Come down to where your body is making contact with the surface directly beneath it.
Give more of your weight to its support.
Notice the support is steady.
Sit back onto the steadiness.
As you do so,
Notice the ground meeting your body's weight through the steadiness.
Steady,
Solid ground.
There for you now.
Allow your breath to slow and lengthen.
As you do so,
Breathe the steadiness of ground up into your body,
Up into your mind.
Breathe its energy into your core,
Empowering,
Strengthening.
Let it fill you up from top to toe.
And say the affirmations,
I am enough.
I am more than enough.
I am worth my weight in gold.
What I do is enough.
What I do is more than enough.
What I do is worth its weight in gold.
