I invite you to sit in a comfortable position with a straight spine,

Allowing your eyes to close when you're ready.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and out.

Breathing in awareness,

Breathing out softness and relaxation.

And scanning,

Feeling how it feels to be in your body in this moment.

Relaxing your forehead,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relaxing your shoulders.

Letting your arms and your fingers relax.

Letting your chest and your abdomen relax.

And when you're ready,

Bringing your awareness back to any sounds around you.

And you can open your eyes.
