I'm so happy that you'll be doing this guided meditation today,
All about creating a protective force field or a shield or light bubble around you so that you can really clear out your own energy and come back to your truth,
To your protection that comes from within you.
This will be about a five minute guided meditation and I invite you to find a comfortable position with a straight spine and allowing your eyes to close,
Just bringing your awareness to your breath.
Breathing in through your nose,
A deep breath into your belly and breathing out through your mouth.
And again,
Deep breath in through your nose.
I invite you to relax your forehead.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Let go of anything that might have happened earlier today or yesterday and just come fully into this present moment,
Sinking into the surface that you're seated on and finding that stillness within your breath,
Letting yourself breathe at whatever pace is natural for you right now,
Breathing in and breathing out.
I invite you to now take a deep breath through your nose and feel this breath rush down your spine all the way to the base of your spine or your root chakra.
And as you breathe out and exhale,
Feeling it wash back up your spine and out the top or the crown of your head and seeing it form this beautiful golden crown of roses atop your head,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Taking another deep breath in and feeling this air wash down your spine to the base of your spine and your root chakra.
And as you exhale,
Feeling it wash up your spine,
Out the crown of your head and forming this beautiful golden bubble or dome of light around you.
This light shield is your energy from within,
This beautiful protective energy that nothing can penetrate unless you allow it to.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Continuing this process of cleaning or clearing out your chakra system as the air washes down your spine to the base of your spine and back up,
Clearing out any energy that doesn't serve you in this moment,
Any energy that's not yours.
Maybe you're holding onto energy from the media or from someone else or from the collective and just letting your breath wash that out of your body and seeing that dissolve in this dome of light around you,
Dissolve in love and safety and protection.
Breathing in and breathing out.
If your mind has wandered at any point during the meditation,
That is okay.
Just bring it back with a smile.
Being grateful that that wandering brought you back to the present moment.
Taking a deep breath in,
Filling your belly and feeling that air wash down your spine and breathing out and exhaling and feeling it wash up and form the bubble around you,
Adding another extra layer of protection with every breath,
Feeling every exhale make this bubble of light stronger as you release what no longer serves you and welcome in your beautiful abundant protective energy.
Breathing in and breathing out.
I invite you to continue this process as many times as it feels good for you.
Welcoming in the protection of any spirit guides,
The archangels,
The divine love and kindness,
The elements,
The protection of whoever it is that you connect with on a soul level,
Asking them to create one extra layer of protection within this light bubble and to hold this space with you so that you don't need to do it alone.
Breathing in and breathing out.
I invite you to stay in this place,
Stay in the safety and really feel that stillness that comes with just breathing.
That stillness between your breaths.
That moment when you take a deep breath in and hold it there for just one second and feel that everything is still and exactly as it is supposed to be.
Letting yourself always return to this place,
To this light bubble that is always around you knowing that you can always return to this moment,
To this place,
To this meditation whenever it feels right for you.
You are the one that carries this light shield and you are the one who can always engage it and always come back to it and always be in your sacred beautiful and abundant energy.
Letting go of all that energy that is not yours to hold right now.
Breathing in and breathing out.
When you feel ready and when you feel complete,
I invite you to start welcoming some motion back into your fingers and back into your toes.
Start bringing your awareness to the surface that you are seated on.
Start bringing your awareness to all the sounds around you,
To our presence in this moment,
To my voice.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
