Today we'll use notice shift rewire to focus on the breath.

Start by noticing your current state.

Now shift your attention to the sensations of breath in your nose.

Feel the cool air coming in.

Listen to any sounds that accompany the breath.

Let yourself relax.

Simply watching the breath rise and fall.

Now take a brief moment to rewire.

Savor this moment of stillness as pause in your day.

And when you're ready,

Come back and bring this state of focused attention with you for the rest of your day.
