This is a life well made meditation.

This is a meditation for valuing yourself and experiencing true freedom.

Taking a deep breath.

Checking in with our body.

Allowing the feelings to be felt.

Not needing to control anyone outside of ourselves or change how they show up.

But truly recognizing your own value from within.

Your own needs.

Your own wants.

Your own desires.

And allowing yourself to feel them fully.

Finding true freedom in not needing to control the outside world to align with your own values.

But to truly be a magnet for what you value.

Breathing in your heart's desires.

Breathing in what matters to you.

And letting go of everything that's not in alignment with you or what you value.

This is true freedom.

This is directing yourself,

Your energy,

And being the leader of your own life to outside circumstances,

People,

And situations that do not align with your values.

And instead of influencing your thoughts and your emotions and letting that hold power over you,

It's redirecting your attention on your own values,

On yourself,

On what you will allow in life,

And finding true freedom there.

In anything that is not in alignment.

Letting it go.

Grabbed by you.

You are safe.

You are enough.

You deserve to value yourself fully and completely.

And you choose what you allow in your orbit of life.

Valuing yourself in every experience.

Valuing your thoughts,

Your real thoughts.

Valuing how you feel,

Your real emotions.

Valuing what you do and your actions.

And anything in the way of that,

Surrender and let go with a deep belly breath.

You are enough.

You are valued.

You matter.

Everything else,

Let it go.
