This is a life well made meditation.
This is a meditation for being obedient to the Lord and releasing outside expectations of you and attuning to the Lord,
Allowing your mind,
Your heart,
Your spirit to unify with that of the Lord and allowing your thoughts and your feelings and your actions to rest in what the Lord is calling for you.
Taking an inhale and dropping into deeper release of outside and external expectations of you and with each breath,
Breathing in the Holy Spirit and what the Holy Spirit wants from you.
This is shifting from the external world to realigning with your internal world and your relationship with the Lord,
With Jesus and with God.
Okay?
Allowing yourself to receive internal guidance from the Holy Spirit and prioritizing your relationship with the Lord,
Releasing the stress,
The expectations,
The judgments from humans,
From family,
From society and putting your attention on what the divine feels,
Thinks and wants from you in this moment,
Feels or perceives you.
How does the Lord think about you?
How does the Lord feel about you?
And are you aligning your actions?
Choosing to be obedient to the Lord is the highest alignment,
The alignment with Christ consciousness,
Cultivating your awareness,
Allowing your thoughts to be shaped,
Your emotions to shift and your divine actions and what you're being called to do to be the priority.
This is a time to release the external,
Release any judgment from parents,
Family,
Society,
Peers and starting to put your attention on the Lord.
This is the only thing that matters.
Allowing this,
This embrace,
This deliberate and conscious choice to shift your consciousness to Christ,
Allowing for new thoughts,
Allowing for new feelings and allowing for actions backed in certainty,
Renewing your mind,
Renewing your heart,
Renewing what you do on a daily basis,
Allowing that to be fueled by none other than the Holy Spirit.
This is where your vitality is.
This is where your energy is.
This is where your abundance is and surrendering to anything else.
Releasing,
Letting go and surrendering it all to the Lord.
