Welcome.

So today we're talking on the topic of anger,

Fear,

And doubt.

And if you've gotten this far and read in the Zero to Oneness Workbook about anger,

Fear,

And doubt,

You've learned that these are your blockages.

And that pretty much every emotion that is out of balance stems from these three feelings anger,

Fear,

Or doubt.

And everything beyond that is pretty much just a more fine-tuned expression of that anger,

Fear,

Or doubt.

When you get down to the root of it,

These are the main three.

So why is it important to clear these emotions,

To become aware of them and address them?

So this is not to say that you shouldn't feel angry or have fears or doubt,

Because those are all parts of your ego,

You know,

In your brain,

In your mind that are there to protect you from danger,

From,

You know,

Sensing and feeling that something is off.

But often we just kind of let the mind really run wild with being in charge and really focusing heavily on those thoughts of anger,

Fear,

Or doubt,

Particularly fear,

Which leads to anxiety,

Stress,

Just going down the rabbit hole of possibilities of things that can go wrong.

And so it's so important if you want to manifest anything in your life,

Attract anything,

Create anything,

Be anything that you learn to be an observer of your mind.

Now this can be challenging,

As many of you may have experienced to quiet the mind.

But if you understand that anything that you intend in your life that you're trying to create,

It's like an electron.

When it comes in contact with a proton,

They're magnetized towards each other in the nucleus of the cell.

And from that nucleus,

They create atoms,

Which create matter,

Which create the cells in your body,

In your organs,

In your entire body.

But before all that happened,

There was an energy of negative and positive charge that attracted to each other that created matter.

You know,

This is the field that you're tuning into.

This is the quantum reality and the unified field that we all are a part of and that we radiate and vibrate with.

And so our cells vibrate based on our thoughts,

Which create our emotions.

And so those thoughts become things and you know,

You're sending out information in your body in little tiny coded packages and envelopes of information to your cells every time you have a thought.

And all those cells are shifting and changing and resonating with your thought.

And they start to deliver new messages.

And these messages start to take action in your body.

If you are afraid of being sick or afraid of showing up late,

You know,

Everything is vibrational frequency that attracts like.

Just as your cell phone sends out your voice through the sky and bounces back to your phone,

You know,

Your energy from your body does the same thing and sends out those signals to the other receptors around you,

Which are people or objects.

I mean,

Everything that you look at is vibration,

Is made up of little tiny cells and atoms that are responding and reacting to their environment.

And so,

You know,

There's just endless possibilities of how that can go based on how you're feeling and what you're thinking.

Because again,

Your thoughts create your emotions,

Which affect the physical world around you.

And so this is what the beginning of understanding and mastering true alchemy is.

This is beginning and understanding the process of mastering the eight spheres of ascension is to be an observer of your mind rather than be a victim of it.

And when we let the mind run wild,

Boy does it.

So,

You know,

There's something to consider that when you're having these thoughts that you don't always have to believe them.

And when you feel these,

When you tune into these thoughts and you observe them and then you start to observe your body,

Be like,

How is this making me feel?

Is this making me feel worse when I think these thoughts?

Is it making me feel sick or is it making me feel better?

And that's not to say,

You know,

That you need to be irresponsible and just think positive and you know,

Don't do anything to make any change to prevent any harm from happening.

But attitude is everything.

You know,

If you're trying to work hard at something to make change,

It'll be more effective when your energy and your emotions are in balance.

So if you want to do it well,

It's almost more responsible to do it with a good attitude because it'll go smoother.

It'll be more effortless.

Things will happen easier.

You'll draw people closer to you that can help you with what you're doing,

That support you and what you're doing.

And so,

You know,

Your energy is your emotions,

Your emotions are that magnet and it all starts with your thought.

And so this is why it is so important to really begin to practice meditation and just being an observer of those thoughts and witnessing what arises and creating space in between those thoughts of silent observation and really tuning into that stillness and that unified field because stillness is something that is of God.

Because anything that is grand,

Anything that is something that causes you to be in awe,

There is stillness and silence in those moments.

And so when you can observe and step back and just be in awe of your thoughts of like,

Wow,

This tape has been running in my brain like a broken record for quite some time.

And you just stand back and observe it.

Then there's a little moment of silence there.

There's a pause.

Use a deep breath,

Possibly an exhale to relax.

For in that silence is the universe,

Is spirit,

Is God connecting with you,

Communicating with you and speaking to you in the silence of your mind.
