Hello this is Life Coach Malachi with Expanded Consciousness Communities.
Today we're going to do this letting go meditation.
So get in a comfortable position and let's begin.
Letting go is not about forgetting.
It is about releasing the grip of what no longer serves you.
It's about loosening the threads of old stories,
Old identities,
And making space for something new.
This moment,
This breath,
Is your invitation to learn to let go,
To surrender the weight you're carrying,
And to return to your natural state of openness and flow.
This morning is the perfect time and if it's not morning that's fine too.
Just as long as it begins to awaken what's inside of you as it awakens all of us.
So let's begin.
Settle in into a nice comfortable position.
Allow your hands to rest.
Your jaw.
Yeah,
Soften your jaw.
Your shoulders.
Yeah,
Feel your shoulders.
Move them around and begin to let them drop down easy.
If you are in a sitting position,
If you're laying down,
Which is an option,
Just begin to let your body sink into the floor,
Losing all of the weight and attention.
Or if you're in a bed just let it go.
Loosen up.
So begin to close your eyes gently and begin to notice the breath that's coming out of your mouth or nose.
Just notice it.
Feel the inhale and now feel the exhale as you push it all out,
Clearing your entire body.
Let the breath,
Let it find its own rhythm.
Just notice it.
Each breath is an offering,
A chance to release.
Let your next few exhales be very intentional.
So push them out,
Push them out as though you are breathing out everything that no longer belongs.
Now,
Bringing into your awareness something,
Something you're really ready to let go of.
And if you're struggling with it,
Just know that it could be a thought pattern that you're having.
You realize that the thought keeps coming back to you over and over and over again.
It could be just a story that you keep running through your head.
It could be a fear,
A fear,
A tension in the body.
In some part of the body you feel this tension.
Allow it to rise gently without resistance.
Just allow it to rise gently without resistance.
You see it?
Do you feel it?
Do you feel it?
See it?
It's clearly leaving your mind.
It's floating,
Floating away.
Feel its shape,
Its texture,
Its emotional tone.
And now visualize placing it in the palm of your hand.
You're not fighting it.
You're just simply witnessing it.
It's all,
All.
See the wind come.
You know,
Like trees blowing.
Just a light,
Gentle wind.
Just a steady spring breeze.
Feel it begin to carry away your burden.
Watch it,
Watch it,
And it's slowly moving,
Moving away.
And as you take this moment to monitor,
You inhale,
Pulling it in,
Holding it,
Holding it,
Holding it.
And when you feel like you can't hold it any longer,
Release through the mouth,
Slowly,
Slowly.
Watch it.
Watch as it lifts from your hand.
You know that burden that you're carrying?
Yeah.
It's slowly leaving,
Floating to the sky,
Almost like a cloud of energy.
Breathe into the space,
The space that it leaves behind in your body.
Just breathe into that energy.
That has left that you have disconnected from.
Breathe into the space.
Notice what it feels like to no longer carry,
And you begin to let it go.
Now,
Let's just sit in this space of release,
And just inhale,
And that's the light.
Exhale,
That's the freedom.
Now,
I want you to listen to this.
Listen to this deeply,
And I want you to say this out loud or in your mind.
I am free to let go.
I trust the unfolding of my life.
I am held even in the unknown.
Now,
Imagine your body as a vessel of light.
As you breathe,
This light expands from your heart outward.
It fills every cell with ease,
Peace,
And clarity.
You are no longer holding anything.
You are simply being.
Now,
Rest in this presence.
Allow the silence to speak to you.
No effort,
No striving,
Just being.
Slowly begin to return.
Feel your breath again.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Gently bring the presence of your body into this space.
Take one more deep inhale,
And as you exhale,
Let go one last time.
Let go into the day ahead,
Not empty,
But open.
You are not what you let go of.
You are what remains.
The spaceness,
The clarity,
The quiet strength,
Carry that with you.
Let your day be guided by the lightness and release,
And trust that whatever is meant for you will stay,
And what is not will go,
Peacefully,
Loving,
And naturally.
