This is the Sacred Body Nourishment Guided Meditation,

Welcome,
Beloved.
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
Allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.
And now take a deep breath in through the nose,
Hold,
Two,
One,
And exhale gently through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply and gently exhale through the mouth,
Letting go.
One more time,
Breathing in and exhaling fully.
Allow your breath to flow naturally.
With each breath,
Invite your awareness into the body,
Dropping into the temple of your being.
Feel your feet,
Your legs,
Your pelvis,
And your belly.
Feel your heart space.
Feel your heart space and your throat chakra,
And now moving to your mind.
As you do this,
Soften as you arrive.
And now allow the silence for a moment,
While repeating silently to yourself,
I honor my body as the sacred vessel of my soul.
I honor my body as the sacred vessel of my soul.
And now bring to mind your relationship with food.
Not the rules,
Not the restrictions.
But the love,
The wisdom,
The intuitive knowing.
Visualize a meal that nourishes you.
Perhaps it's colorful,
It's fresh,
And it's alive.
Imagine the textures,
The tastes,
Offering gratitude.
As you visualize this sacred meal,
Repeat gently to yourself,
I eat to nourish my body,
Not to punish my body.
My body knows what it needs,
And I listen.
Healthy food is a form of a self-respect.
And now notice how it feels to eat slowly and mindfully,
Allowing each bite to become a prayer of gratitude.
Now bring your attention to your digestion,
Where your cellular wisdom lives.
Breathe into your belly,
And exhale.
Offer your digestive system this loving message.
Every cell is worthy of love.
Every bite is a gift I offer my future self.
Now gently bring your awareness to water,
To hydration,
To the element of flow within your being.
You are mostly made of water.
And you are a moving ocean of intelligence.
Visualize a stream of clear,
Clean water entering your body.
It moves through you,
Replenishing,
Clearing,
And quenching.
Feel this water awakening your skin,
Your eyes,
Your brain,
Repeating silently to yourself,
Water is my ally.
It loves me.
And I receive it gratefully.
I drink deeply from the well of life.
Hydration is a holy act.
As the clear water moves through you,
Imagine your cells opening in joy.
Now begin to feel your muscles,
Your bones,
And your spine.
Feel the miracle of movement,
Whether through walking,
Stretching,
Dancing,
Or simply breathing.
Your body loves to move.
Bring to mind an image of you engaging in joyful movement.
Not for weight,
Not for control,
But for life.
Let your breath guide you.
Inhale and exhale.
And if you choose,
You may move a little,
Stretching your shoulders,
Swaying your hips,
Moving your hands,
Your arms,
Or your feet.
Repeating silently to yourself,
Movement is my prayer.
I move because I am alive.
I honor my body's rhythm and ability.
Feel the joy that movement brings to you.
The strength.
The freedom.
The release.
Allow that image to move you.
Softly and gently,
Affirm to yourself,
I do not need to be perfect.
I need to be present.
Now bring your hands to your heart or rest them over your belly.
Begin to whisper inwardly or aloud if you wish,
Thank you,
Body,
For everything you do for me.
I love you,
Body,
Even when I forget to show it.
I am learning to care for you as a beloved.
Now visualize your body glowing with a beautiful,
Pure white light.
Every cell responding to your kind words.
Now asking your body,
What does your body long to hear from you?
Take a moment to listen.
What message arises for you,
Beloved?
Now gently send love to any area of your body where you might feel some discomfort,
Some tightness,
Or perhaps even some fatigue.
And breathe into that place.
Inhale and exhale.
And repeat silently to yourself,
You are not broken,
You are healing.
I trust the wisdom of my body I nourish myself with compassion.
Allow those words to land where the discomfort lies.
And now bring together all that you've experienced in this meditation.
The nourishment of your body,
The hydration for your body,
The movement,
And the nurturance.
Feel this sacred agreement forming between you and your body.
It is a living relationship,
A holy union.
Now breathe in deeply and silently affirm to yourself today I choose love over judgment.
I choose care over control.
And I choose presence over perfection.
Take a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.
Allow your breath to become your compass.
Let each of your choices be shaped by love.
You are worthy of vibrant health.
You are a temple of divine light.
Beloved,
You are enough.
Allow a few moments for integration in the stillness.
And now place your hands on your body and whisper I honor the sacred within me.
Thank you,
Body.
I love you,
Body.
And I am listening now.
And when you're ready,
You may gently return to this space.
Gently moving your legs,
Your feet,
Your hands.
And you may gently open your eyes.
