Heavy dense energy.
So go there.
Go to this part of your body.
And see what color is of this part of the body or of this energy.
What is the color?
What is the structure of this energies?
What shapes?
And now I want you to ask this part of the body or this energy what does it want to express?
It needs something.
It wants to express something.
What is there?
Ask this part of your body what it wants to communicate with you?
What it wants to tell you?
What is the story?
Just listen.
Is there any trap emotion?
Is there any belief?
What is the story?
And just allow this energy,
Allow this part of your body to just talk,
To be fully expressive.
And you just listening.
Invite anything and everything.
And now ask this part of your body what it needs right now to feel better.
We can invite different colors like yellow,
Pink,
Blue,
Energy,
Healing energy.
Or it may want to be hugged or loved or appreciated.
You know.
So just do that what it's asking you for.
If it's asking you for a hug,
Just hug that.
Hug this part of you.
Hug that energy.
Hug that story.
Embrace it.

Ask again what it needs to feel even better so we can release this energy.

We can invite healing lights,
Whatever is calling you to call in here in this space.

Just call that in to that space.

This beautiful shower with this crystalline,
Purified water washing you.

And now let's go to your bones.
I want you to connect with your bones.
Imagine that you are inside of the structure of the bone.
And see the structure of your bones.
Do they look healthy?
Do they look strong?
Do they look rigid,
Controlling?
Or are they happy?
Do they look joyous?
Feel that,
See that.
And again you may ask them if they need any vitamins or maybe more movement to be stronger.
Just ask what they need.
To make them more healthier and stronger.

Connect with your muscles.
Just see how it feels.
Are they joyous?
Are they flexible?
Are they look like they are healthy?
Just feel them.
Are they strong,
Flexible?
What do they need?
Let's go to your eyes.
Connect with your eyes,
Your physical eyes.
Imagine that you are inside of your eyes and see all the structures.
How does it feel to be there?
Do you feel like they are healthy?
They have all minerals and vitamins?
Or do they miss anything?
They may tell you that they actually need to shift certain beliefs or even release certain emotions as well.

How can we help your eyes to see better?
See better like physically but also beyond this world.
What do they need?
What do they want to express?
Let's go to your ears.

Just go inside your ears.
Imagine that you are there and seeing all the structures,
The skin,
The cells,
Everything.
Again,
Ask your ears.
What do they need?
Maybe to hear better.
What they don't want to hear?
What they are holding on?
What do they need to release?
Let's go to your shoulders.
Connect with your shoulders.
First I want you to tune into your shoulders.
All the muscles,
Tissues,
Bones and also the energetic of your shoulders.
How heavy they are.
If you had scale,
How much they would weigh.
The baggage that you are holding on your shoulders.
Just get the sense.
How heavy is their weight there?
Energetically,
Emotionally,
Mentally but also physically.
What do they need to release?
To feel lighter,
To feel more flexible,
To be more in flow,
To trust.
And if there is heavy energy in your shoulders,
I am inviting you to roll backwards your shoulders three times.
And release all of that.
