Welcome to this guided meditation for setting intentions.

This practice is designed to help you find clarity,

Align your energy,

And consciously plant the seeds of what you wish to cultivate.

Whatever it is,

This is your time to pause,

Get grounded,

And align with what truly matters to you.

So find a comfortable spot,

Whether you're sitting,

Lying down,

Or even just pausing in your day.

Take a deep breath in,

And let's begin.

So start by gently closing your eyes or softening your gaze.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhaling deeply,

Filling your body with fresh revitalizing energy.

And exhale,

Releasing indecision and embracing certainty.

Let yourself settle into stillness,

Knowing that there's nowhere else you need to be right now,

Just here,

Just present.

Take a moment to notice the surface beneath you,

Feel its support.

Imagine roots gently extending,

Anchoring you,

Holding you steady,

Nourishing you.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your heart space.

Maybe you place a hand over your heart.

Notice what you notice.

No need to change anything.

Simply be here,

Connected to yourself.

Now,

Let's invite in a little clarity.

Ask yourself,

What do I want to welcome into my life?

Think about how you want to feel,

Not just today,

But in the days ahead.

Do you long for more peace,

More confidence,

A sense of ease or purpose?

Maybe there's something you've been holding on to that no longer serves you.

A habit,

A belief,

A way of moving through the world.

Is there something you're ready to release,

To make space for something new?

Or perhaps there's something you've been yearning for,

Something that feels just out of reach.

What would it be like to step toward it,

To welcome it in?

Whatever comes up,

Trust it.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am open,

I am ready.

I trust the path ahead.

Breathe into that.

Feel as if it's already happening,

Already unfolding within you.

Picture a soft golden light surrounding you,

Sealing in your intention with warmth and trust.

This is your reminder that what you plant in this moment has the potential to grow.

Take one more deep breath in and exhale,

Grounding this intention into the present.

And as you're ready,

Start to bring gentle movement back into your body,

Wiggling your fingers,

Rolling your shoulders.

Slowly float your eyes open and carry the sense of clarity and purpose with you.

Your intention is set,

Your path is open.

Nurture it and allow it to grow.
