This practice invites curiosity, acceptance, and a soft appreciation for the ways your body supports you. You’ll be guided slowly through the body, noticing sensation, function, and moments of ease. Suitable for all bodies, including those living with chronic pain, eating disorders, or body image challenges. You’re welcome to modify, pause, or simply rest with your breath at any time.
