Everything you are experiencing today is connected to your past and your future,
But for this moment,
Allow yourself to exist right here in this moment.
Nothing else is needed,
Nothing else is required,
Just you allowing yourself to feel your body right now,
To notice your thoughts right now,
To let your feelings,
Any energy waves you have been moving through today,
To come to focus now,
To be present now.
You are focused right here in this moment,
And you are safe to be here in this moment.
Whether you feel overwhelmed by life right now,
Whether you feel excited by life right now,
Wherever you are is where you are meant to be,
And it all exists in this moment now.
So,
Let your thoughts slow down.
Let your mind take a break from tracking the past or visioning the future,
And let yourself notice the breath inside your body,
Breathing naturally,
But observing each breath as they move in and out of your body.
This constant breath,
This pulse and heartbeat that reminds you that you are here and now,
Even if your mind is in the past or the future.
Your breath has to be present,
So when you tune in on your breath,
You come back to the core of your life here as a human.
You re-enter the timeline of this moment,
This now moment.
This is the space where all potential and possibility exist.
This focus on the now allows you to return to the space and possibility that lie before you.
If the overwhelm or the excitement or anything else you are feeling is pulling you away from your center,
This present moment,
It's okay,
But you can always bring yourself back through noticing your breath,
Placing your attention on the breath going in and out of your body,
And letting that pulse and that heartbeat be where you focus.
You are safe to be present.
You are safe to be here in this moment,
And you are safe to bring your attention back to your physical body.
You are back into this beautiful home for your soul that you are married to while you are alive.
This body of yours wants your attention and your presence.
It doesn't want to be forgotten by you.
It wants to be included in your life and in the present with you,
And it will serve you if you can remember to come back to your presence each day.
And the more you return to noticing your breath,
Your body,
The sooner you will notice when you are leaving your center.
Being present will become like breathing to you.
The power lies in our presence with our body and our soul,
And much of our outer world will lead us away from that truth,
Distract us,
Entice us.
And this beautiful body of yours that allows you to uniquely express and experience every day wants to be remembered by you and included in your consciousness.
So,
As you notice your breathing in and out,
Turn your attention to this body.
Notice how it is feeling,
How it is doing.
Which parts of your body feel energized?
Which parts of your body feel asleep?
Which parts are quiet?
Which parts are loud?
Take a moment to scan your body,
And now,
From inside this bodily presence you have cultivated in the recent minutes,
Notice what you can sense or hear or feel around you right now.
What do you hear outside of you in this moment,
And simply notice it without judgment?
And now,
What do you feel around you?
How does the air feel to you?
How is the temperature?
How is your body contacting the floor,
The bed,
The chair,
Wherever you are positioned?
Notice how your body is feeling the environment around you,
And take a moment to take that in.
And now,
We will close with a few affirmations to help you align with the present.
I align with the now.
I allow myself to be present to this moment.
I feel the power of my soul is found in this moment.
I feel the power of my body and my soul in this now moment.
And lastly,
Notice your breathing.
In and out.
Notice what you sense around you,
And focus for a second on your heart chakra,
The center of your chest.
I allow myself to receive the abundance of the now.
I allow myself to receive the abundance of the now.
