You are listening to an Energy Alchemy Meditation.

The Energy Alchemy Meditations are channeled meditations designed to bring you back to you and connect you with your soul.

Be Grounded Meditation Call yourself back,

Back to the body,

Back to the ground.

Recognize how much balance and space you have inside this body of yours.

There is so much room for all of you to exist in this beautiful body,

The ground and the home for your soul.

Call back all parts of you that you have left in relationships,

Events,

Places,

Moments.

Call them back into and through your body.

Your body will breathe in what it needs and breathe out what it doesn't from all of those experiences and relationships.

Being grounded in your body is your boundary.

Your boundary can be permeable,

Porous.

It can allow in what you wish to allow in,

And it can release what you wish to release.

But your boundary contains the brilliance and the uniqueness of you.

Your boundary helps you stay grounded in a busy world,

Connected to yourself in the midst of other relationships,

And rooted in your soul while you may be connected to or influenced by the souls of others.

Being grounded is a great gift.

It is the ability to come home to ourselves.

So in this moment,

Ask yourself,

What would help you be grounded today?

What action,

Interaction,

Or what type of stillness or quiet is going to help you be grounded today?

Each day can be different when it comes to our needs for grounding.

One day,

We may need to dance and move energy through our body in an extremely physical way.

Another day,

We may need to balance all of the movement we have been in through stillness and quiet.

What can you do today that will invite you into the ground and the home?

Ask yourself that question and take note of what comes to you in response.

Ideas,

Visions,

Words,

Or even just a feeling.

You are designed to be grounded here on Earth through your physical body,

And the boundary of this home that your soul gets to live in and live through is yours to maintain,

Nurture,

And develop habits that will support the grounding and the boundary of your body and soul here on Earth.

So turn your attention to your body for a second.

Let yourself scan through all parts of your body,

Paying attention to how your feet feel,

Your legs,

Hips,

Torso,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Hands,

Your head.

Allow all of these parts of your body to be connected to one another through your awareness.

Become aware of how connected each part of your body is to itself and all other parts.

Choose to move a part or parts of your body if you wish,

And now feel your connection to the ground.

If you are able to sit on the floor,

Allow yourself to sit on the floor.

If that is not possible for you right now,

Feel whatever connection you have to the ground,

Perhaps it is through the soles of your feet.

And if you are able to be in nature or aware of nature as you do this meditation,

It will be beneficial to you.

But if that is not possible,

With your eyes closed,

Allow yourself to recall one of your favorite places to be in nature.

Perhaps it is a place you visit regularly or a place you once visited that left a lasting impression.

For a moment,

Imagine you are in this space,

Feeling it,

Aware within it,

Noticing the sounds,

The scents,

How the air feels on your skin.

You and this body of yours are a part of the earth,

And you are in relationship to the earth while you are alive and in your body.

So,

To be grounded is to connect both with yourself and with all life on earth.

Aware of your place,

Aware of your connection,

Aware of yourself.

Notice the nature environment you are either in or are imagining yourself to be in right now.

Notice your body's response to this environment.

You are here on earth in a human body.

And this body is beautiful,

And there is space for you inside this body.

And even if you are healing something right now or in the middle of a difficult phase of your life,

There is space for you inside this body.

And the more you can practice being present and grounded,

The more that space will reveal itself to you and offer itself to you.

You are here right now on earth,

In this body,

On this planet,

Connected to all other life on the ground and in the ethers,

But from a grounded place.

Finally,

Using the palms of your hand,

Take some moments to touch whichever parts of your body call to you to be touched.

Whichever parts of your body wish for you to make contact with them.

Contact this beautiful body of yours with the palms of your hands.

Allow yourself to feel the love of your own hands,

The care of your own hands,

The nurture of your own hands.

You are here,

And you are grounded.

Allow yourself to affirm if it feels true for you.

I am here.

I am grounded.

I am here.

I am grounded.

I am one with the earth.

I am one with my body.

I am grounded in my soul.

You can return to this meditation at any time you wish to be guided back to the ground.

Now,

If you have time,

Take some minutes to do something that will help you to feel more grounded today.

Whatever it was that came to you when that question was asked earlier.

In peace and in love.
