You will realise that you are never really alone, but always gently guarded and protected by loving and caring souls. Hello and a very warm welcome to this meditation called Deep Connection and Love.

Do you know these moments when you feel utterly alone with your thoughts,

With your sorrows,

And all the teeny tiny little things that are on your mind?

I think we all know these moments and we also know how difficult they can be.

This is why I thought let's meditate together on deep connection and love and just feel jointly how beautiful connection really can be,

How uplifting and how energizing.

Because truly we're never alone,

But sometimes we just forget how to connect with all the people that love and care about us every moment of our day.

So are you ready to meditate on deep connection and love?

If you are,

I would love to invite you now to find a comfortable seat and close your eyes or focus gently on a neutral point.

Place your hands on your belly or on your chest and then try to relax your body more and more to arrive in our shared meditation.

To start,

Relax your feet and your legs,

Soften your belly and your chest,

Relax your arms and your hands,

Soften your jaw and the little muscles around your mouth,

Your nose and your eyes.

And then notice how a feeling of relaxation moves down your spine until it reaches your toes.

Now gently focus on your breath and watch how your inhale comes naturally followed by your exhale.

Just stay with your inhale and your exhale for a moment without doing anything.

Your breath moves like the waves in the ocean.

They come and go naturally and you don't have to do anything about it.

Stay here for one more moment and gently watch.

Now imagine you're standing in front of a person you deeply care about.

You're now standing in front of a person you deeply care about.

Feel the connection with this person.

Feel the love between you.

Feel the energy that connects you.

And maybe you can also feel the love and care that is flowing towards you from this person.

Enjoy the flow of energy.

Enjoy your connection.

Enjoy the love between you.

Right now you're not alone.

Right now you're with a person who deeply cares about you.

A person that you care about.

Feel this connection in your body.

Feel it in your heart.

Feel it in your entire being.

This person now puts their hands on your shoulders.

Notice the touch.

Notice what it does to you.

Maybe you relax into it.

Maybe your body softens a little more.

Maybe you just feel guarded and protected by this person who cares about you.

Feel the touch.

Feel the love.

Feel the care.

Feel it in your entire body.

Feel it in your entire being.

And relax into the sensation more and more.

Now put your hands on the shoulders of this beloved person as well.

And maybe notice how the sensation changes.

Maybe the connection intensifies.

Maybe you notice how this person's body relaxes as well.

Maybe you notice something else entirely.

Just stay with your touch.

Stay with your connection and notice how it feels.

Now let go of your embrace and feel the connection and the energy between you once more.

Maybe you also realize how this field of love between you expands.

Maybe you can allow it to expand even more and more and more.

And if you want to,

Maybe you both can invite people you love into this energy field right now.

See those people enter your field.

Feel their care.

Feel their love for you.

But also feel your love for them.

And allow them to bring their friends and beloved ones as well.

And notice how your energy field of love and connection grows.

How it gets bigger and bigger and even bigger.

You're all part of a huge network of love,

Of connection,

Of deep care.

Look around.

Who do you see?

Maybe there are people you know well.

Maybe there are new faces.

It doesn't really matter,

Does it?

You still feel the love.

You see relaxed,

Happy faces and you feel the connection.

You feel the love.

You feel the mutual care.

If you want to,

Send a little note of gratitude into this energy field.

And notice how the gratitude comes back to you.

Feel it in your body.

Feel it in your being.

Feel the love.

For one last time,

Look at your friend or the beloved person you invited at the beginning.

And send them a note of gratitude as well.

Maybe a little smile.

One last time,

Feel the connection with this person.

And knowing about this connection,

Knowing about this huge energy field of connection and love,

Slowly and gradually come back to yourself,

To your body,

And to your current moment.

Tune into your body one last time and feel the love and connection you just experienced in your body.

And know that this feeling is always there.

It's there any time you need it.

It's there whenever you feel sorrow or loneliness.

You're deeply connected with loving and caring people.

And they care about you as much as you care about them.

Feeling this,

Come back to your room,

To your present moment,

To your here and now.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Let your gaze wander softly around the room.

Before we finish this meditation,

Maybe you just want to give yourself a loving hug.

Because sometimes all we really need is this gentle reminder that love is always there and we can always show it to ourselves and others.
