Beautiful soul.

And welcome to this quick grounding meditation.

It can be done first thing in the morning,

Middle of the day,

Or in the evening,

Anytime that you really just need a reset,

Grab a comfortable seated position.

Let your hands rest gently on your thighs,

And begin to close your eyes or find a soft gaze,

One focal point that's not moving,

And steady your eyes there.

Together,

Take a deep breath in,

Fill all the way up.

Open up your mouth,

Exhale.

Again,

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

One more inhale.

Exhale.

Begin to notice,

Feel,

Feel,

Feel,

Feel,

Your sits bone,

Anchored,

Down into the ground.

Feel your low back,

Mid-back,

Upper back.

Feel your shoulders.

And now shrug your shoulders all the way up to your ears.

Inhale.

Exhale,

Relax your shoulders,

Down your back.

Feel yourself sit up one centimeter taller.

Tuck your chin into your chest.

And just notice,

Observe.

How do you feel now?

And turn the other way.

Open your eyes.
