Hello,

Hello,

Beautiful soul and welcome to this quick grounding meditation that can be used any time of day when you just simply need a reset,

Find a comfortable seated position and begin to close your eyes.

And together,

Take a deep breath in,

Fill all the way up.

Open up your mouth,

Exhale.

Again,

Breathe in,

Feel your belly expand,

Your chest expand,

Your heart open.

Open up your mouth,

Sigh it out.

One more biggest breath yet,

Feel your body expand and release,

Letting it all go.

Allowing yourself to arrive fully in the present moment.

Feel your sits bones anchored,

Tethered into the ground beneath you.

Feel yourself sit up a little bit taller.

Tuck your chin into your chest,

Relax your shoulders,

Out of your ears.

And take one more full breath in.

Let it go.

And notice how you feel now.

Gently blink open your eyes.
