This short guided meditation invites you to return to your inner water... your natural state of ease, flow, and presence. In just five minutes, you’ll be guided to slow your breath, soften your body, and gently release tension held in the mind and nervous system. This is a space to pause from doing and come back to simply being. You are not asked to change anything, only to notice, soften, and allow. A simple practice for mornings, midday resets, or anytime you need to come back home to yourself.
