As the year comes to a close let's all take a moment to acknowledge what we are grateful for. It is so easy to focus on what we don't have, let's try and focus on what we do have in the year 2023. I hope to make 2023 a year of gratitude!

Hello everyone.

I wanted to take this time and express my gratitude to everyone who has listened to one of my meditations.

You are all beautiful and wonderful and I'm so grateful.

I also want to thank every single person who is a part of the Insight Timer community,

To the wonderful teachers who inspire me and help me to heal.

Thank you to my fellow meditators whose comments are so insightful and help me to choose what meditations to listen to.

Thank you.

And to anyone who just chooses to take the time for self-care,

Thank you because you are showing the world that you know that you matter.

So in 2023,

Take the time to take care of yourself.

Five minutes a day to just breathe,

Meditate,

Center yourself.

I end my day every day with meditation.

I come here to Insight Timer and I take 15 to 20 minutes,

Sometimes a half hour,

To just unwind and decompress.

And I hope you can find the time to do that too.

I hope that 2023 is your best year yet.
