Find a comfortable place to sit comfortably with your spine long and tall. Feeling your feet connected to Mother Earth. Feeling that sense of belonging. Visualize a beautiful white light surrounding your physical body and your energy field that surrounds you. The light is there to protect you from any lower energies of any kind. Sense the four walls that surround you. The floor beneath you and the ceiling above you. And maybe follow the breath inside you now. Feeling the in-breath and feeling the out-breath. Feeling the rise of the in-breath and the fall of the out-breath. Simply allowing the breath to take you deeper within you, Within yourself. And allow the top of your head, The energy at the top of your head to open just as though you were taking off a hat and opening the top of your head to the sun above you. This is to help you open to receive any information that may come from either your higher self or source. Not looking to hear anything at all. Just surrendering and being open in case you receive anything. If there's any busyness in your mind at this moment, Maybe pause this meditation and write those thoughts down on paper. Maybe your agenda or anything else that may be on your mind. Take these few moments, A few moments of pause to write all the thoughts that are coming and flooding into your mind. Preparing for your meditation. Again, Feeling your feet connected to Mother Earth. Feeling that soft place where you're seated and your spine growing long and tall. Allowing the sounds and vibrations of the bowls to take you deeper within. Nowhere to go, No place to be. Only to be here listening to my voice, Listening to the sounds of the bowls. And allowing those sounds to carry you deeper and deeper within you. Taking you to that place where thoughts and words just pass and fade away easily and quickly. Giving them no importance in these moments. One by one, Every muscle, Every cell in your body relaxing into these moments. Going deeper and deeper within. Knowing that you're taking this time for yourself. Just for you and any information that's being received. And knowing that whatever you remember in this meditation is what you're supposed to remember. There's no need to hold on to everything that's received. Whatever is remembered is meant for you in these moments. For this moment in time. Nowhere to go, No place to be. Only to be here listening to my voice, Listening to the sounds of the bowls. And allowing those sounds to carry you deeper and deeper within. And allowing those sounds to carry you deeper and deeper within. And allowing those sounds to carry you deeper and deeper within. Nowhere to go, No place to be. Only to be here listening to my voice, Listening to the sounds of the bowls. Nowhere to go, No place to be. Only to be here listening to my voice, Listening to the sounds of the bowls. Nowhere to go, No place to be. Only to be here listening to my voice, Listening to the sounds of the bowls. Nowhere to go, No place to be. Only to be here listening to my voice, Listening to the sounds of the bowls. Nowhere to go, No place to be. Only to be here listening to my voice, Listening to the sounds of the bowls. Remember that you are truly loved by Source. And anytime you have questions or concerns, Connect with Source, Ask for guidance, Or ask them to take fear or worries from you or any concerns at all. Hand all of those over to Source. Again, Bringing your awareness to the bottoms of your feet. Feeling the bottoms of your feet connected to the floor, To Mother Earth. Sensing the four walls that surround you, The ceiling above you. And sensing where you are here and now. And taking any more time that you may want to in this meditation in silence. Allowing those thoughts and those words to be carried away, Knowing that those are just energy. Remain in peace. And allow yourself to be filled with only love. Namaste.
