Namaste everybody.
Welcome to In The Flow with Lori Alberts.
Today we are talking and meditating on hope and how it's so incredibly powerful.
Right?
You know,
It's.
.
.
I want to say that I think that most of us at one point in time have been a little depressed.
Right?
I mean we're happy sometimes.
We're sad other times.
I mean if we don't have the lows in our life we wouldn't be able to have the highs.
Makes sense.
Right?
And luckily we throughout our lives we learn our own and the older we get the more we can move into how to get ourselves out of the low into the high.
Right?
And you know what I find to be interesting or find to be the the factor for me and I feel like it's for most of us is hope.
What is it that takes you from the depths of despair into the highs that we see in our life?
What takes us there?
And that is hope.
You know?
It's interesting because when I think about hope for some reason I always think about the book by Obama.
Right?
It was called The Audacity of Hope and and I don't mean to get political but what I'm trying to say is that that term those term the audacity of hope how dare we be hopeful.
You know?
And that's but that's what we need in our lives to get us from the low from being on the low end of the vibrational scale to the higher end.
That's to me it's hope and faith quite honestly are like the bridge.
Right?
So if you can find if you're in the depths of despair and you can find a little smidge of hope then you can start to pull yourself up and get to the higher vibrational emotions and energies.
And I love thinking of it that way because we need to have that bridge.
We need to focus on that bridge when we find ourselves in that that place in in the lower vibrations.
Right?
Where we know we don't want to be.
We go inward and we find that little smidge of hope like I say.
That little smidge of hope and that little tiny that little tiny spark then becomes a flame.
Right?
And it it helps you percolate and then in a perfect world brings you into the higher to the higher vibrations.
I love that.
I love that and that's what we're gonna meditate on today.
Meditating on that little spark of hope.
That little spark of that little spark of faith that's inside.
It's in our inner-ness in our soul.
Right?
So that's what I want to meditate on today because we could all use a little bit of that.
The world has been so crazy and today I feel like is the time that we take that little spark of hope and we turn it into the flame.
Turn it into the flame so that we can get up to the happy,
The positive,
The joy.
Because who wants to sit in the in the lower in the the despair into the sadness?
I don't know many people that do.
So let's get ourselves comfortable because we are gonna meditate on on building the spark of hope.
I love that.
Oh my gosh.
Building the spark of hope.
It's beautiful.
So okay so let's get ourselves comfortable.
Get your blankie or you're sitting on your pillow or laying if you want to lay down.
Whatever works for you.
Whatever is comfortable.
Great.
Perfect.
Now let's take a nice deep breath in.
Breathing in that spark of hope.
And release it.
Ah.
Perfect.
Very good.
Let your eyes float closed.
And just focus just let's just focus for a minute on our breath and the wonder of our bodies and how we when we breathe in we can make it go throughout our whole body.
That oxygen.
That life-giving oxygen.
And then when we breathe out it begins the cycle all over again.
Our mantra for today allows us to go into that deep inner place in our soul.
Samprati Hum is our mantra.
Samprati Hum.
And what that means is my true self is wide awake.
Beautiful,
Right?
My true self is wide awake.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
So I invite you today to sit quietly in the silence and stillness of your breath.
Samprati Hum.
I will keep the time if you lose the mantra if you forget it.
It's absolutely okay.
You can always go back and concentrate on your breath.
And let's begin.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
Samprati Hum.
My true self is wide awake.
Start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
Let's take a nice deep breath in.
And release.
When you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.
Awesome.
Did you feel the hope creeping in to your inner soul?
Because your true nature is one of hope.
And I hope,
I pray,
That you take that with you today.
So thank you so much for joining.
As always,
I love you guys.
Be well.
Namaste everybody.
