Let's begin our day with a little bit of happy talk and meditation in this short yet impactful podcast designed to infuse a little bit of positivity into each moment of every day.

Let's get in the flow.

The question that comes up a lot is why do we talk so much about raising our vibration or keeping our vibration high?

And what does that even mean?

Right?

I mean,

I get that kind of a lot,

Right?

So knowing that our bodies are made up of energy and energy vibrates at any given rate,

We as humans have the ability to vibrate either high or vibrate low.

Now,

What drives this?

This is like a crash course on vibration,

Right?

Our emotions are what drive our vibration.

Okay,

So say that again.

We as humans have the ability to vibrate high or low and our emotions are what drive this.

Okay,

Obviously there are many,

Many,

Many different emotions that we can have.

Everything from happiness and being hopeful to disappointment and despair,

Depression,

Fear.

There's all sorts of different emotions that we can be feeling.

And one of the best ways that I've ever seen this described is in the book Ask and it is given by Abraham Hicks.

Okay,

They created what is known as the emotional guidance scale.

Okay,

So at the top of this scale is like love and passion,

Creativity,

Hopefulness,

Joy,

Bliss,

You know,

All that.

And at the bottom is fear and depression and hate,

Despair.

So in case you didn't know,

Another little tidbit,

At the bottom of the scale is actually fear.

Fear is actually lower than hate.

I know that like society,

You know,

They talk about love and hate,

You know,

That sort of thing,

Seemingly at the exact ends,

Different ends of the spectrum.

However,

Fear is actually the lowest vibration that you can be.

So when you walk around in a state of fear,

You're actually really vibrating really low.

Okay,

So when we say that we need to,

We're going to raise our vibration,

We mean keeping our emotions in that higher place.

Now,

Next question that I get logically then is why do we care?

Why do we care if our emotions are in a high place or low place?

Right.

Well,

For a few reasons,

Right?

So obviously,

Number one is it feels better to be in a place,

A higher place,

A higher emotion,

Right?

Doesn't it feel better to be in a place of love versus a place of fear or despair?

You know,

It feels better to be in that place.

So and then number two would be in terms of the law of attraction,

Which you know,

I love talking about in terms of live traction.

We learn that like attracts like.

Okay,

So whenever we say that,

We mean that if we vibrate at a place of happy,

If we are in that place of happiness in our being,

In our consciousness,

Then we attract happiness,

Joy,

All of that into our lives.

And when you look at it that way,

It makes so much sense.

You know,

I mean,

I don't know why I keep and for some reason,

This example keeps coming up the last like three days.

I keep hearing of this example all the time.

Road rage.

Right.

So you're driving,

You're driving down the road and you're in a bad mood and you're in like you're mad because you have to go out and you have you're in this place of of,

You know,

I don't want to go out.

I don't want to go to this meeting and blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah.

So you're in this bad space.

Right.

So what happens is you're starting to drive down the road and your vibration is in this bad space.

Right.

So what happens then?

You accidentally,

Maybe,

You know,

On purpose,

Cut somebody off.

And then that's when the fun begins.

Right.

The anger starts.

They're beeping at you.

You're beeping back at them,

Flipping them off and all that stuff.

Right.

So it's like almost kind of like a snowball effect.

Right.

However,

You are you go you using the same example,

You come from a place,

You're in this great mood,

You get to go to this meeting or whatever it is.

And you're thinking,

Oh,

My God,

I get to get out of the house.

I'm so happy about that.

You know,

I get to go do and meet some new people or whatever it is.

Right.

So you're driving down the road and you're like in this happy place and you accidentally cut somebody off and they may or may not be a little mad.

Right.

About that.

But you turn around and you go,

Oh,

My God,

I'm so sorry.

This is me.

I do this all the time.

Like if I accidentally cut somebody off or something,

I'll be like,

Oh,

I'm so sorry.

I'm so sorry.

And nine times out of 10,

They'll be like,

Oh,

Don't worry.

Don't worry.

You know,

I mean,

Like you give that hand sign,

You know,

And when you're driving.

You have a we have a choice on how we're going to be.

And that makes me actually feel pretty darn emotional because we have choices.

We have choices.

On how we are going to be.

If you vibrate at a place of insecurity.

You're going to attract more situations of insecurity into your life.

Right.

So.

All right.

So now,

Because we're in this crash course of like attracts like.

Right.

How do we raise our vibration?

And keep it in that high place.

Well,

You know,

The first thing I'm going to say,

Because I always talk about this right,

Is meditation.

Right.

Meditation actually can raise your vibration.

Because it calms you down and it gets you even killed it.

It stops your body and your mind from thinking in any place.

Other than.

Being present.

Right.

So when you're in when you're meditating and you're being present to it all.

You're sitting in a place of bliss.

Right.

Staying in a place of gratitude.

How do you raise it?

You keep it.

You gratitude.

Think of all the things that you're grateful for.

You know.

So today.

Because we just did a crash course today.

What we're going to do is we're going to meditate in what we're going to do is create our own mantra for today.

What do you create for yourself to stay in that high vibration?

What is it?

Do you choose gratitude?

So your mantra would be today,

I choose gratitude.

And honestly,

I'm choosing that for myself today.

That's my that's my and you can have it.

You can you can meditate at that if you'd like.

It can be your mantra for today.

And what's great about these mantras is choose what is right for you.

And then you mantra,

You know,

We're going to sit quietly here for just a minute.

But you can take that with you the rest of the day.

So all day today,

I'm going to say to myself,

Today I choose gratitude.

I choose gratitude.

Or it could be love.

It could be joy.

It could be hopefulness.

You know,

It could be whatever you choose for you.

What word brings that little bit of emotion to your eyes to where you're going to like you might tear up?

What word is it for you today?

Is it gratitude?

Is it hopeful?

I feel like a lot of people need to hear the word hopeful.

I don't know why.

But right.

So whatever it is that you choose for yourself.

So let's close our eyes.

And close your eyes,

Get yourself comfortable.

Now,

Let's take that mantra and let's when we breathe in,

Breathe in whatever it is that you choose today.

So you're going to breathe in hope or you're going to breathe in gratitude.

So take a nice,

Deep,

Gentle breath in.

And release.

Absolutely perfect.

Perfect.

So whatever your word is for today.

That is going to be your mantra as we sit in the stillness and just connect with ourselves.

Sitting in the present moment,

What do you choose?

So let's get our mantra and let's begin.

Today,

I choose gratitude.

Today,

I choose hope.

Today,

I choose peace.

Today,

I choose positivity.

Today,

I choose bliss.

I choose peace.

I choose peace.

I choose peace.

I choose peace.

I choose peace.

Today,

I choose peace.

Today,

I choose peace.

Today,

I choose positivity.

Today,

I choose hope.

Today,

I choose joy.

Let's take a deep breath in,

Breathing in all these beautiful emotions.

And gently release.
