Because of my schedule today, I allowed myself to enjoy this talk in 3 sessions...ending in my garden in the shade of an elm tree with the sun filtering through the leaves. My dog and cat bickered for position, a chain saw droning on a nearby property, now a 2nd one moving closer and I imagine it to be a landscaper working his route. Plenty of bullseye targets for me to aim metta towards and I'm loving life from my sweet spot of the universe 🌌.
