This meditation is simply my "Compassion Practice for Uncomfortable Emotions" coupled with gentle piano music in the background. The practice itself is designed to meet difficult emotions (sadness, anger, guilt, etc.) on even ground before offering compassion in order to work through those feelings. This practice is best used in solitude where it's quiet and safe, requiring at least fifteen minutes. It may be used in groups, but may be more effective when used alone.
