Welcome.

I invite you to close your eyes.

Just begin by noticing your breath.

At whatever pace your breath is at normally.

Just noticing this pace.

The deepness of your inhale.

How full your lungs become with that breath.

Just the length of that exhale of your breath.

Just allowing any outside noises that you hear.

And just allowing them to bring you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Just inviting yourself to focus more on that breath than any of those outside noises.

And also just focus on the sound of my voice and allow that to take you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And in a moment I will guide you through three deep breaths.

And during these deep breaths I'll invite you to as you exhale just find any stress and tension just melting away making room for you to inhale a beautiful gold light.

As you inhale through your nose and just filling your body with such positivity and relaxation.

So you can start now just with this first deep breath in through the nose feeling and perhaps visualizing this beautiful gold light inhaling positivity and relaxation.

Holding this breath for a moment before exhaling through the mouth a long exhale.

Just noticing and feeling any tension any stress just melting away through this breath.

Taking in the second inhale now just knowing that the more you inhale this beautiful gold light the more darkness you can visualize like a dark breath almost as you exhale stress that tension.

Taking that long exhale now.

Taking a third deep breath here in through the nose filling your body with this beautiful gold calming relaxation this light air.

Holding this breath at the top here.

Just exhaling now and stress any tension and just feeling it melt away more room for more beautiful gold positive light.

As you allow your breath to just return to normal you can feel yourself inhaling this beautiful gold light and exhaling a light that is even more golden now.

Any fluttering of your eyes and calmness to your breath just tells you how deeply relaxed you are.

Just noticing anything in the body here.

Now that you're experiencing a new sense of relaxation we'll begin the process of just becoming more deeply relaxed physically in your body.

Starting with bringing attention to the top of your head.

Noticing any tiny hairs at the top of your head or your eyebrows.

Feeling any wrinkles on the sides of your eyes.

A heaviness to your eyelids.

Any tension in your jaw.

Not really rushing this process but just simply giving yourself that time and patience to really notice and scan the body starting with the head here.

Just noticing any sensations.

Just spending the time to fully relax each and every part of your body starting with your head here.

Bringing your attention down past your jaw to your neck.

To your shoulders,

To your collarbone perhaps.

To your back.

Noticing just any sensations whether it's tension or whether it's relaxation.

Noticing any muscles,

Any ligaments here.

And just allowing yourself to feel this deep sense of relaxation as you scan your body part by part.

Bringing your attention down your arms to your elbows.

Eventually to the tips of your chest.

Again just noticing any sensations here.

Simply spending the time to just fully relax each and every part of your body.

Bringing this attention to the front of your chest,

The back of your spine.

To all the different parts of your torso.

Just noticing each and every part.

Scanning this in your mind.

Just bringing your attention to any sensations here again.

Allowing yourself to spend that time in each and every part.

Just allow a new sense of relaxation.

Noticing around your hips,

Your glutes,

Your pelvis.

Scatting these parts of your body.

Down your legs,

Your knees.

Just taking that time to really check in with each and every part of your body.

Part by part.

Just simply paying attention to whatever is happening.

Spending that time to just feel fully relaxed with each and every part of your body now.

Bringing your attention past your knees,

To your legs if this is the place that you're at perhaps.

You're still further up the body perhaps.

You rush forward and go on a bit quicker,

Whatever it is.

Just spend that time now.

Noticing each and every part.

Down from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

You can notice if your mind is drifting off to something perhaps on work or the things you're planning to do for the rest of your day.

Perhaps any thoughts towards the things that you've been desiring the most and are still feeling out of reach,

I'm not sure.

Perhaps you may feel bored or restless and perhaps you are feeling fully relaxed.

Either way I just invite you to simply bring back your awareness to your body.

Scanning another time from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

When scanning back up from the tips of your toes,

Patiently scanning each and every part all the way back to your head now.

Not missing any parts and just patiently taking that time to move from part to part.

Welcoming any shifts in the body,

Any energy and breathing,

Any stillness.

Now just relaxing your attention and bringing your attention to the thought of just bringing this type of patience into our lives.

Back to the desires that we have for ourselves.

Just sinking deeper into a sense of knowingness that not only time is precious but actually that the idea that practicing patience is in fact a practice and that it can be continuously embraced in the many areas of our lives.

We're often in situations where we have to wait for things or other people to be ready because we are each on our own timelines.

Like practicing patience when we're waiting in stalled traffic or for an elevator or at a cross light on the sidewalk.

An appointment or being put on hold on the phone.

And in any of these moments we can have a choice to either embrace that weight by noticing the feeling of impatience but instead tapping into a sense of calm or getting stuck in a place of impatiently waiting and then moving into a feeling of frustration.

And in each of these moments we can often feel a sense of tension just filling up within our bodies or perhaps a single part of our bodies.

Just like with these situations that I had mentioned,

Those situations where we're asked to wait.

Just like these situations when we're feeling stuck in a phase of feeling impatient with where we're at,

Wanting things to happen quicker for us or feeling a sense of frustration as if they aren't going to happen at all.

There can be this tension we are carrying within our bodies.

So I just invite you to continuously check in with your body when you begin to experience any type of impatience.

Simply scanning to notice any sensations in the body.

Allowing your mind to simply scan and release any tension,

Any feelings that you've been storing.

If that's what feels good for you.

Now again I invite you to simply check in with your body to notice if there are any sensations remaining in the body that you may have been carrying with you before the session today.

Simply just breathe into that area of your body,

Allowing any remaining tension to simply drift away.

Perhaps you want to visualize within your mind's eye that the sensation is now hovering above that body part in the form of a gray-like air.

And you can visualize that gray air simply moving further and further away from your body until it is no longer there,

No longer within your body,

No longer in sight.

Just simply visualizing this tension leaving your body forming into this gray light.

Visualizing as it just moves further and further away until it is no longer in sight,

No longer in sight.

You can now begin to just imagine and feel into what it would be like if you already accomplished or were embodying the thing that you've been impatiently waiting for.

Take a few moments here to just try and feel what you would feel,

What you would feel like if no more impatience or uncertainty existed.

What is this feeling that's coming from?

With each and every breath you take,

You can begin to feel this feeling more and more throughout your lungs,

To your arms,

To your legs,

From the top of your head,

To the tips of your toes.

You may begin to feel a deep sense of trust and knowingness that whatever time it takes,

Whatever experiences you are meant to experience along the way are simply just taking you exactly where it is you're meant to go and in the exact timing that you're meant to experience within your journey.

You may begin to feel a deep sense of trust and knowingness and you trust within yourself,

Within your body,

In your subconscious mind to check in with yourself,

To see what it is that you need most to support you and your journey to get there.

Embracing the patience to simply let go of the things that we cannot rush,

That we cannot change.

Instead using that time to simply embrace your life,

To step into the feelings of gratitude for every little step forward,

Knowing that each and every step is beneficial.

Knowing that simply embracing your life,

Taking time to notice what's happening in the present,

Exactly what you need.

Remember to step into the next step,

Your journey,

Even closer or perhaps even already experiencing the thing that you're wanting so badly to experience.

You can thank your subconscious mind for showing you exactly what it is you needed to feel today and to see,

To reconnect with that intention that you have desire,

That you have the feeling within yourself.

Perhaps you want to say to yourself,

Thank you subconscious mind for showing me exactly what it is I needed to feel and see,

To just ground myself back,

To reconnect my original intention and tap into that feeling of what it will be like.

When impatience,

Self doubt,

Just simply don't exist.

Thank you subconscious mind for showing me exactly how I can embrace patience and body that self trust within myself.

And in a moment now,

We'll count up from zero to five and at the count of five you will be wide awake.

Zero,

Going deeper still.

One,

Feeling so good,

Very calm,

Relaxed,

Coming up slowly.

Two,

Trusting the process and the sense of knowingness that you have within yourself,

That sense of calmness,

That sense of patience and trust that you have within your body and that it will stay with you.

Three,

Starting to feel as if you're waking up from a long,

Relaxing nap and washing your face with cool spring water,

Feeling so refreshed.

Four,

Becoming more and more aware of your surroundings.

And five,

Eyes wide open,

Wide awake,

Feeling better than you have in a very long time.
