Welcome divine souls my name is laura west I am a Reiki master teacher and a psychic medium and a channel for the divine.
I offer you free monthly.

Greetings to you all,
You bright,
Blessed beings there on the earth plane.
We are the Council of Light,
And we are here to say once again that we are available and open and ready and willing and wishing and wanting to discuss with you the importance of you being you.
You are the only you that is there on that earth plane.
There is no other you that is like you.
You are the unique snowflake,
Thumbprint,
Heart,
Essence,
Drumbeat that is you.
And you take it for granted.
You don't notice.
You don't listen to your uniqueness.
You push it aside.
You don't identify it.
You don't nourish it.
You don't honor it.
You just go through your lives in that 3D space connected to sounds and sights and tastes and schedules and routines and toing and froing.
And you forget about the unique you that is you.
You need to honor yourselves.
Each of you has your own way of honoring and nourishing and grounding yourself.
Each of you has your own way of centering and soothing and clearing and calming yourselves.
Sure,
There are many people on the earth plane who are practitioners of the sacred healing arts that help you do your healing and your grounding and your nourishing and your shifting and your somatic channeling and all the things.
But you yourselves can do it too.
And now in this space,
In this place,
In this time,
While we are talking to you is a good example of how.
So we invite you to start shifting away from your cerebral thought forms of your day and enter into what Laura was just calling the sacred slipstream.
Frequency.
You can suspend your space and time right now.
You can suspend your energy of your to-do lists.
You can suspend your space of having to go faster,
Longer,
More technically.
You can let go of the work.
You can let go of the relationship frustrations.
And you can just be here now listening to our words.
And our words carry a vibration.
It is a very sacred and pure vibration of love.
Light.
Effervescence Purity.
Cleanliness,
Clearness.
Sparkliness,
And the like,
The more you let go of your cerebral ego rubric mind and the more you begin to feel into your nourishing somatic heart mind,
The more you can sense what we're talking about.
It's very easy for the woman we're coming through the voice box of to slip into this frequency because she lives from this frequency.
She chose.
She dedicated her life to this all those years ago.
And it's very easy for her to be a compass and an anchor for you.
And now giving you the space,
She's using her voice box.
She's letting us come through her.
And we are able to say to you,
It's time for you also to become anchored.
It's time for you also to become nourished.
It's time also for you to become cleansed and cleared and balanced and harmonized.
You don't do it for yourselves enough.
This needs to be done all the time regularly.
All the time,
Regularly,
Every day,
Not as a task.
But as a way of living.
Not as a chore but as a way of being.
Not as a double down,
How long can I go,
Track it on my app,
Make it last for hours and hours,
But as.
.
.
A framework.
That you call life.
If you are always influenced by outside sources around you,
And they're always pulling your emotions and your cognition from one side to the other,
And you're having wild pendulum swings in your emotional field and in your.
.
.
Rubric ego-mind mental field,
You are not centered,
You are not balanced,
And you are not living from a place of nourishment.
You are allowing outside forces to dictate your feelings to you.
You are allowing outside forces to dictate your emotional well-being.
You are allowing outside forces to dictate the currency,
The frequency of your beingness as a status and energy vibrational makeup.
And we would like to remind you.
That you don't need that to be so.
You can go inward.
You can take a nourishing deep breath.
Many of you are doing it now as we're talking to you.
You can place your hands on your heart,
Your hands on your solar plexus.
You can stand for a minute and breathe deeply and ground.
You can notice the nature around you and practice shinren yoku,
The Japanese art of forest bathing,
Whether you actually walk in a forested space or a park or down a street with trees lining it in a beautiful way,
Or you take time to look at forest images or nature images on your screens.
It doesn't matter how,
Just do it.
Some of you can feel like you can slip into a space of neutrality and calmness and kindness by being in touch with the animals around you.
Maybe you have pets in your home.
Maybe there's nature right outside your window.
It could be in an urban environment,
A rural environment,
A suburban environment,
But there is nature.
There are animals.
They come through your world.
How often do you take time to notice their beautiful sounds?
Or their colors,
Or the way they delight in coming up against you,
Brushing themselves against your legs,
Or playing ball with you in the yard.
How often are you fully present for those kinds of experiences with them?
We invite you to start becoming more.
Aware in your conscious minds every day all the time.
Not as a chore,
But as a way of being.
Not as a to-do checklist,
But as a right.
It is your sovereign right to be a balanced.
Moving through that thing you call your life.
And we're not meaning to be clinically sterile here.
We don't mean to suggest that you should never feel sorrow or suffering or pain or hurt or anger or.

.
Any of those kinds of emotions.
Of course,
You're human.
You have pendulums.
They swing.
Without the yin,
There is no yang.
Without the light,
There is no dark.
Without the good,
There is no quote-unquote bad.
You have to have all of them in lovely harmony of juxtaposition to each other so that you can experience the opposite.
So sometimes you do need to have heartstrings that pull and make you feel sad or scared or hurt.
But you're living in frequencies.
You're living in narrated currencies all the time now where you are bombarded by negativity,
Fear,
Lack,
Suffering,
Pain,
Destruction.
Stop.
You need to stop.
It does your nervous systems no good.
See she told you we would talk about it.
Here it is.
It does your nervous systems no good.
To always be in the narrative of that big.
Horror.
Yes,
That exists.
Yes,
Some of you experience it firsthand.
No,
Not all of you need to be plugged into it 24-7,
Hanging on every word.
Stop.
You have this essence that is pure vibratory frequency.
It is soul form.
And when you came into this life,
Before you incarnated as your human self,
You didn't sign up to have this lifetime to say to yourself,
I'm going to go down there to that earth place.
And I'm going to live a really fantastic life full of all kinds of trauma and horror and suffering and sorrow and pain.
No.
That is not the point of the lifetime you're living right now.
The point of the lifetime you're living right now is to move on your continuums,
To grow,
To experience bliss.
Joyfulness,
Neutrality,
Harmony,
Kindness,
Compassion.
And the world around you,
The narration around you,
The slipstreams around you of your bigger policies,
Your bigger earth practices.
The ones of you that have gone haywire off the rails and are sick and have done terrible things,
You're plugged into that all the time.
Stop.
It's that simple.
Just stop.
When you notice you're not feeling good.
When you notice something feels yucky,
When you notice that you've been talking with your friends and suddenly the conversation slips into a topic that's dark or makes your stomach sour,
Excuse yourself.
Be very clear.
Set yourself a boundary.
Know for yourself that you need to excuse being in that conversation because the energy frequency is dense and dark and heavy,
And that is not for you.
You are an effervescent light being.
You are an effervescent joy spark.
You are an effervescent kind,
Compassionate,
Loving source frequency for self.
For self.
We don't expect you all to go around being all like,
Hey,
I'm totally cool,
I'm totally vibing,
I'm totally joyful,
And I'm sharing it with the world.
No,
That's people like Laura's job.
You sit in that vibration and you be that for yourselves.
You always have to put on your own oxygen masks first before you can help anybody else.
And there is a chronic lack of humans across that earth plane who have put on your own oxygen mask first for yourselves.
It's time It was time 10 years ago.
It was time the day you were born.
It's time 10 years from now.
It's time tomorrow.
It's time two weeks from yesterday.
It's time right now in this moment.
Take a deep breath in and begin to remember who you are.
You are light.
You are love.
You are compassion.
You are kindness.
You are effervescence.
You are joy.
You are on that earth plane to experience the wonderment and the magic that is the 3D realm.
Because when you're in your soul form,
So many million,
Million,
Million hundreds of millions of you sign up to go back there and reincarnate and have lifetimes over and over and over and over.
Why?
Because you're learning and you're growing and you're moving your needles on the continuum of life.
Each lifetime has more learning,
More growing.
And while you're doing your learning and you're growing,
Don't you want to have fun?
You have this one lifetime.
Sure,
You've had many lifetimes in the past and you'll have many lifetimes in the future,
But you have this one lifetime right now where you're listening to these words and you might as well start.
Press go on joy.
Press go on kindness.
Press go on clarity.
Press go on loving.
Microdose yourself all day long in the slipstream of what we're talking about re-center yourselves reframe yourselves When you notice that you're engulfed in sadness or sorrow or ick.
Or trauma.
Or pain.
Recenter.
Joy,
Harmony,
Love,
Light,
Breathing in,
Putting your hand on your heart,
Putting your hand on your solar plexus,
Remembering our words.
Come back and listen to our message over and over again,
If you will.
But do what you need to do.
Every day all the time to step back into a frequency of love.
Compassion.
Calmness.
When you do this,
You're exercising a muscle.
And at first it might feel foreign.
At first you might say,
Oh my God,
I'm not in it.
Oh no,
I'm failing.
No.
How wonderful for you to notice you're not in it.
That is the spark of joy.
You get to be in it.
There's my joy.
There's my love.
There's my kindness.
And the more you do that over and over and over,
You are rewiring your brain patterning.
To become that.
And then you get to live like the woman that's letting us come through her voice box,
Where she always sees value in kindness and compassion in the world.
And she always sees joy wherever she goes.
She's not naive.
She's not Pollyanna-ish.
But she spins a good yarn about life being great.
And she really lives it.
And she really means it.
And you feel it.
You feel people like that in your vibration.
You understand people like that carry a different frequency.
It's a different thumbprint,
Isn't it?
You know,
You've come across them before.
Slowly you can start to vibrate to that frequency too It's like having a cup of water and it vibrates.
And nourishes.
And expands and cleanses and clears.
You get to be it.
You get to do it.
Humans.
There's so much that we want to tell you about your world and your lives and your everyday trials and tribulations.
There's too much to encompass in one talk.
Your nervous systems across the entire globe right now are in crisis chronic flatline.
And you really do need to consciously pick yourselves up by your bootstraps.
Bring yourselves back into a space of this centering,
This joy,
This compassion,
This calmness.
Do it in whatever way works for you.
Maybe you cuddle your baby at night.
Maybe you have flowers always freshly on the table.
Maybe you pet your animal at a certain time of day.
Maybe you give yourself a little sweet treat in the middle of the afternoon as a pick me up.
Maybe you called a friend who always makes you laugh and you spin a yarn with that friend and you laugh and laugh and laugh for 15 minutes and then you go back to your work.
Maybe you volunteer your time.
Maybe you act.
Of service to others.
And that nourishes you.
Maybe you donate.
You donate money.
You donate goods.
You donate time.
You donate skills.
Share with your communities.
Where is there need that you can joyfully fill?
And we don't suggest that you add another thing to your very busy plates of the thing called life.
Your plates are so full.
Humans are overcrowded with stuff to do.
Scale back.
Maybe.
A touchstone for this entire picture of what we're talking about is getting up first thing in the morning with your tea or your coffee and sitting before the rest of the house wakes up and watching the sunrise.
And just breathing and saying,
Man is it great to be alive.
Today is a new day full of all kinds of possibility and potential.
And what lies ahead?
May I do it well.
At the end of the day,
May I feel satisfied.
Like I was successful in anchoring myself inside myself in all that came across my plate.
If you lived from a place like that every day,
Wouldn't your life arc be amazing?
Cultivate.
Nourish.
Mindfully check in.
Change your neurons,
Change your frequency.
You understand what we mean.
And normally we come to you with such light and such love and such effervescence,
And we're bringing that through now too,
But we're also being very clear today,
Very firm.
Because your humanity is in a crisis point.
You've tipped the balance and you've got to pull yourselves back from falling over the boat side.
Consider this a warning,
If you will.
We very rarely speak to you this way,
But that's what's happening across the entire globe through all consciousness,
In all communities,
In every place that you all inhabit on that earth plane.
And you need to dig deep.
And you need to find the happiness.
And present it to yourselves first immerse yourselves in the slip streams of it first before you can begin to think about sharing it with your family and your friends and your community and your colleagues and those around you.
Go to that place.
Live from that place.
Be of that place.
Go to that place.
Live from that place.
Be of that place.
Go to that frequency.
Live from that frequency.
Be of that frequency.
Drink from that frequency.
Go to that frequency.
Be of that frequency.
The essence of calm,
Light,
Positivity.
It's there for you.
It's there for you.
Dip in,
Swim in it,
And then go back walking on the earth plane the way you need to.
Dip in and swim some more and then go back.
Dip in and swim some more and go back.
It becomes a beautiful cycle.
Dipping in and swimming out and dipping in and swimming out and dipping in and swimming out.
And the more you practice it and the more you do it,
The more it becomes your norm,
Your everyday,
The way that you navigate yourselves through the world.
And yes,
There's sorrow.
Yes,
There's sadness.
Yes,
There's pain.
You experience it firsthand.
But it doesn't mean to completely knock you over and send you reeling for six months.
You can alchemize.
You can move through.
Quickly,
Faster.
Because you're living from a vibrational purity that is resonating up here,
Not down here.
When things are more effervescent,
When things are brighter,
More sparkly,
Lighter.
It's easier to navigate.
Plain and simple.
The lighter,
More loving positivity frequencies of your lives don't carry a denseness and a weight that is full of cement energy dragging you down.
What have we said to you for the entire two decades we've come to you here?
Walking on that earth plane as humans through that 3D energy is like living in pea soup.
You are already living in a vibrational frequency that is so thick and dense and you're adding more to it.
You're like pouring syrup on top of the pea soup and then you're making it cement itself into place.
And so you're walking around on that earth plane.
And living your lives like anchored into concrete cement blocks on each of your feet.
Nobody said you had to do it that way humans.
It's just that it's so much more easy to grasp.
Because it's heavier,
Weightier,
Denser,
And you notice it quicker.
Be like the lark.
That flies in the sky.
And rides the wind currents on a sunny day.
Undulating,
Moving with ease.
Up and down and through and left and right and twirling and swirling all around.
Live from there.
When you go to the ends of your lifetimes and you look back,
You're going to want to say that you lived a fulfilled,
Joyful,
Happy life.
You're going to want to say that you made the best of it even when there was strike.
You're going to want to say you learned from the challenges,
You grew from the challenges,
And you're pretty content with how this one went.
Job well done,
Kiddo.
Pat yourself on the back.
None of you want to go to the ends of your lives and be on your deathbeds and say,
Well,
That was terrible.
I really screwed that one up.
Went to hell in a handbasket on that one and it never came back.
None of you ever want to transition into being spirits again and have that sentiment attached to you.
The way to get out of that The way to not have that be your narrative is to consciously co-create the positivity and spontaneity,
The wonderment,
The excitement,
The happiness.
And you can start doing it through all the little tiny ways that we've mentioned here and even beyond.
You know yourself.
You know what's right for you.
You know the best thing for you.
Maybe some of you are curated yoga practitioners.
Maybe some of you are devotional prayer practicers.
Maybe some of you are botanists.
Maybe some of you are.
.
.
Drawers.
You know,
Find your slipstreams.
This is one of them.
So many of you come repeatedly and listen to our words over and over and over again.
Good on you.
Do it more.
Find more pockets of this remembering.
Find more places that are doing this.
Find more communities and more groups and more people that are saying,
Yep,
I'm in it for the long run.
I might as well make the best of it.
Put on a smile and figure it out.
And oh,
This part's hard.
So let me talk to someone.
Hey,
Do you have a minute?
I have to cerebrally process with you.
I just had a chunky,
Hard thing happen in my life.
Could I just share it?
And maybe you could give me some feedback.

That is so much different than this stinks.
I have this horrible,
Huge thing in my life and I'm so angry and I'm so stuck and I'm so mad.
And now I'm going to go watch the news and it's going to make me even madder.
Don't do that.

You owe yourselves.
You owe yourselves the opposite.
Hand on heart,

But we've expounded so much.
We've said so much in such a short time and you get it.
And we feel the vibration of you is changing.
The collective of you who are listening to this now has shifted.
The frequency is uplifted.
You are listening to us from the vibratory place of sacredness,
Not from the ego cerebral place.
That was the mission today.

Not because we say so,
But because you decided to move your needles.
